Needed some work, saw the add on TV. Read the reviews. Made an appointment. Technician came on time. Told him what my door problems were. He checked my garage door and explained clearly what's wrong with the door and also showed me the damaged tracks and wheels. Thanked him for explaining and what he planned to do. Authorized to replace worn parts. It took him over 4 hours to finish the job. He was very professional, efficient and did a wonderful job. He told me his name is on the Invoice. I didn't see his name on the invoice. I forgot his name, sorry. He is an asset to any company he works for since his personality was excellent.

I’ve been meaning to leave a review for a while but, here goes. We have had a couple different issues with our garage door. Both times Travis came out. He was on-time, professional, friendly, and explained everything so I could understand what he was doing, what my options were, and the cost of those different options. I will absolutely call them anytime I have a garage door issue and if I need to purchase anything new for the garage door. I can’t speak highly enough of Travis, and through him, Precision Garage Doors.

Precision Door had done work on wooden garage door 14 years ago. It needed some major TLC. Travis was great. He ended up replacing springs, rollers and installing a new garage door opener. Aligned the door tracks and tightened and lubricated the hinges. It opens much quieter and runs closes without a thud. He thoroughly explained needed and recommend repairs and let me decided what I wanted done on the call. Will definitely use them again only not wait 14 years for a door tune up.

Technician is on time which is great! I told the guy that all I want is to make a minimal repair like adjusting/aligning the dented right vertical rail which cause the rollers on the left to disangaged so that it will function how it used to be. I was really dissapointed when the guy give me the estimates and option, telling me so many parts need to be replace which will cost me $1,500-$1,800. I decided to decline their estimates in spite me of paying $49.95 for their visit because I knew this company also makes profit out of the parts, hoping they knew how to listen what their customer wants and be truthful enough. In the end I contacted another company with FREE estimate, this guy is so awesome he told me there is no parts need to be replaced. I told him you might need to replace the dented right vertical rail, he said no, what this awesome guy did is just make it straight again. He made my garage door aligned center, adjustments for the gaps and checked all moving parts works properly....now my garage door works flawless and even gave me a 2 years Off Track Warranty. The repars only cost me $300.00! Just being honest in my comments and ratings.

My garage door needed immediate attention so I decided to call local companies for a some advice and quote. The first two companies QUICKLY looked and recommended that I replace my motor for several hundreds of dollars. The Precision technician came to my home and did a thorough inspection. He took his time looked at every component of the garage and gave me his honest opinion. I can appreciate his attention to detail. At the end, PAUL BRINKMAN gave me multiple quotes and gave me tools to make a sound decision. PAUL replaced some springs and he made some adjustments. My garage door was fixed and did not need a motor after all. If and when I do need to replace that motor I know who to call first! Thank you PRECISION for sending an experienced technician. Many thanks to our technician, Jonathan, for a job well done! Our old torsion springs were very worn, corroded, and out of adjustment. The new springs look great, are perfectly adjusted, and now the door opens and closes exactly how it should. It’s great to have our garage door functioning properly again! The same-day service, Jonathan’s professionalism, and reasonable cost were also nice bonuses to the job. Thank you!

I simply needed a garage door spring replaced. Was told by the dispatcher that it would be ~$240 to replace. "Paul" came out and tried to upsell my wife on $900 worth of service. When I asked him to simply perform the service I asked for, he refused. He charged me ~$50 for the visit and left without doing anything. It is highly unlikely that I will ever call you for service again!

Paul was courteous, professional, and followed all COVID-19 protocols. Paul found the the problem and fixed in a timely fashion. Saw ad in Contra Costa Times the day my garage door broke. Called about 9:00, was told they would be there by 12:00 and 4:00. He arrived at 1:00, repaired door, was knowledgeable and curtious , would recommend them and use them again.
