I saw the ad on TV and James was on the commercial, dang it I should have asked for his autograph! But he did put his name on the sticker inside my garage, so I guess I got after all! Saw ad in Contra Costa Times the day my garage door broke. Called about 9:00, was told they would be there by 12:00 and 4:00. He arrived at 1:00, repaired door, was knowledgeable and curtious , would recommend them and use them again.

My service tech Gabriel was very professional, detail and polite. He explained everything that needed to be done to get my garage door to function properly and when it came to the price, he gave me three options to decide from as I didn’t have a garage door opener to operate my garage remotely. great service: came the next day during the time slot, called me to say he's on the way. Quick but expert examination of the whole garage door assembly. Explained what should be repaired and why.
