I am very impressed with Precision. I had other people come to fix my garage door that would open sometimes. For 5 years I had to close it manually half the time. Frustrated, I googled the company that makes the garage door and explained that I wanted an expert to come over and check it out. The next morning, I received a call from a lovely woman at Precision. I explained my frustration and she sent a man named Travis to assess the door within a few hours. I was amazed at the prompt response. Travis arrived and did a complete evaluation of the door in about 10 minutes. Told me to bring up some light bulbs for the door. He then gave me an education about the mechanics of the door and how he fixed my sensors and how to maintain the door. He told me he went across the street at different angles the door works. I was sort of in disbelief. He showed me how to use the clicker properly also. Then, he had me put the AP in my phone and walked me through it which was extremely helpful. I don’t think I could of done it by myself the first time. My garage door opens with the clicker or my AP on my phone. Words cannot describe how much I appreciated Travis explaining to me the mechanisms of the door and how to troubleshoot it. This was a terrific experience with a professional.

Garage door would not open, called Precision and got same day appointment. Technician Paul Brinkman arrived within the stated window, reviewed the problems, explained the alternatives and got to work. Door now operates well and work was completed within the time frame estimated. Service was excellent.

I was very pleased with the service at very level. I needed an evaluation of my Liftmaster opener and some tweaking in performance. My call was answered promptly and a visit scheduled for the next day. Travis was just terrific. He explained the source of some issues with the opener and then proceeded to reset the device. I needed a new garage door opener. Precision gave me accurate price information on the phone and came out the next day to install one. My installation required a little more effort than "standard" which they handled without complaint (or extra charge). Gabiriel V and Joel J did a great job and were really helpful and personable.

Our house was built back in 1999. Since then, we've replaced the motor (from chain drive to belt drive) and the spring back in 2014. Our garage door had a mishap where 2 of the wheels on the rail came off causing one side of the door to dangle. We had Precision's number saved just in case we ever needed help and we needed help yesterday. I called around 6:30am, waited a few minutes then a live person came on. She took our info and then gave us a window as to when to expect their technician and that the tech will contact me with his ETA. Tech called and said his ETA is 45 mins. Pablito showed up as expected, looked at the issue and gave his recommendation. All the wheels were worned out (which was expected due to age) needed replacement. I ended up replacing the wheels, pulleys, cable and spring. All in all, it took about an hour to replace all parts and properly aligned the door. Garage door is a lot quieter now. I as give a very reasonable price and 3 years warranty on the job. Great job Pablito and thank you Precision.

Precision Door had their A-game on with regards to my experience. They were quick to call me back, twice as a matter of fact because Laura at the office had me scheduled with a rep to consider a new door, and pointed out that I had already booked another appointment with a tech who came out and helped me fix my issues. I did end up spending $625.00 to give the existing door a makeover, and it was money well spent b/c now I don't have to consider a new door. Tim the tech was great and easy to work with. Nothing but kudos to y'all for running a tight ship.

3 year old Garage door metal coils came unwound on saturday so garage door would not open or close. Called the Precision garage door number, was promptly answered by the attendant who gave me a same day apt time frame from 12:00 to 4:00pm and told me that Paul Brinkman would be attending to the broken garage door. He arrived an hour later and fixed the broken coils and pointed out other parts that may get damaged in the next few years, it wasn't precision doors that installed this actual garage door 3 years ago & pointed out that the original company used cheap parts for the door. I got a 90 day work and 1 year warranty for the parts they replaced. Prompt, same day service, fast and responsive and excellent customer service, and the garage door works great again!
