I could not be happier with the service I received from Precision Door. Paulino Mejia, the service technician took the time to explain to me why my garage door springs kept breaking and even though I ended up spending more than I initially had anticipated, I am happy that I went ahead with the repair he recommended. He was courteous, professional and fast! He replaced two springs, two pulley mechanisms, AND all the door track rollers in the time it took other companies we've hired in the past just to replace one spring. I couldn't believe how quickly he completed the job. And best of all, he was on time. Paulino arrived at the front edge of the service window and I wasn't sitting around wondering if anyone was going to show up. I would definitely recommend Precision Door to other homeowners who need to have garage door work completed.

Called in about noon and was given an appointment between 4-6pm same day - amazing! The technician called about 3:30pm to ask if he could come early - yeah! Service options and pricing were clearly presented. I just wish this company worked on more than garage doors. I would gladly call them for everything.

Choose Precision due to ads indicating local offices and customer reviews. They were super busy at the time, so told me it would be approx 5 weeks before they could completely remove my broken one with a new one. They called and we set up a date and informed me they would need 10 feet of space cleared to do the installation - which I did a few days before they were to arrive. They were slightly late from the original time frame to arrive, but did call and let me know. The person servicing was excellent - extremely polite, walked me thru what he would be doing, and informed me of the steps to keep it working well down the road (spray on lubricant periodically at key points). He swept the garage out on completion, took the debris and old door with him to dispose of later. Sooo nice to have one that is so easy to open (no motor on mine) ... pretty much able to lift it with a finger! Thanks Precision.

Fairly unhappy! You say you offer a senior discount being 72 it was not offered. Precision had originally installed the unit, I was told the system was not powerful enough and I needed a different one, I passed on it. He said the sensor was bad and recommended replacement of wire with sensor. Retail cost of both parts is about 50 dollars, less on Amazon. It took 15 min. to install and the total charge was 380 dollars. I felt taken advantage of.

Imagine my surprise when I couldn't open my garage door and get my car out. I called them and explained my situation. That day, Paul Brinkman, their technician, was at my house with all the supplies he needed, gave me three options for the repair, and he explained them well. Two hours later, the garage door was fixed! I would definitely call them again

Sheridan was the Technician that serviced my door which turned out to just need some lubrications. He was here about 20 minutes and solved the problem, however, I asked for a senior discount and he said he already gave me a discount on the service charge. I was told that fee would automatically be discounted if repairs were made. $224.00 seems excessive for the service.

Thank you for your fast attention to my problem. The roll-up garage door had come off its tract due to an accident with my car and needed to be put back in place. I feel I was overcharged ($1549) for what I needed, but being under duress I paid it. The door spring was not broken but I could not certify when I last had them replaced I had to purchase new ones. All this said, I still thank you for being there when I needed the service.

We choose Precision because it is local and has great ratings. Our double garage door started making a screeching noise when it opened. We were able to get an appointment within less than 24 hours from our call. Jerry was our technician and he is flat out the best!!!!! He took the time to check all parts of the door that might be causing the problem. He has both great training and extensive experience. It was a pleasure to work with him.
