Paul Brinkman came out on a Saturday. It was afternoon on a very hot day and our garage door opener was not working! This would have left our double wide garage open waiting for repair. He was on time and pleasant to talk with. He explained what was broken and what was needed to get the door to move again. We were very happy with Paul's efficiency and enjoyed meeting him.

Outstanding service. Technician Travis Behn arrived really fast (15 minutes after call!). He was personable, knowledgeable and competent. Fixed my tricky problem (garage door was jammed cockeyed inside the opening), and refastened the hinge to the jamb. Works better than before it broke. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I placed a call to Precision for a service visit on Monday. I received confirmation a technician would arrive Tuesday between 4-6Pp. Paul B arrived at 4:30p. We discussed my garage door situation. Paul listened, and presented me with 3 options and associated quotes. I selected one and asked when we could start. Paul said immediately. He had with him on the truck all the parts needed for my job. He let me know when he expected to finish, kept me informed along the way, and completed all the work on time. Had a very good experience with Precision. Easily scheduled a same day repair. Tech's were not only on time, but early. The provided a time frame to complete the repair and were right on schedule. The Tech was not wearing a mask when he came to my home. I did not receive a check list of what was inspected for my records. i felt the service charge was to high for the service given. i felt the company should have ordered the part needed for me to in stall, so it would be the correct part. That would have been a better service best practice.

I had dealt with Contra Costa Door for over 20 years for maintenance / service - when I really needed them, their emergency response was 48-72 hours before I may hear back. Precision answered immediately and a technician (Phillip) was out within one hour (Saturday early evening) - he was very professional and handled the problem in short order. Super pleased.

It is always nice that a company can come do an important repair within a couple hours of calling them! Tim, our repair expert, could not have been any more friendly. Very informative and explained everything including what the exact cost would be. This is not a fun or cheap repair but the price given was what we thought it would be so no "sticker shock". Excellent work was performed!

The 4 hour window is really large and I understand initially for the appt but day of and closer to start of window, a narrowing of the window would be helpful. I had a 1-5pm window so I left work at 12:45. At 4:20 with no contact, I called and was told, yes you are next and it should be soon. At 5:30 the technician called to say he didn't realize he had this appt and it was written on one of his manifests (or whatever your process is) and he was 30 min away. So at 6pm he shows up. He fixed my door but I am not convinced he oiled everything as I asked. All the hinges on the door panels still squeak and it seems pretty noisy when opening/closing considering it was just repaired. I will say the tech was very nice and apologetic and gave me a discount for the miscommunication.

Our garage door was not working properly. It came down on the back of my van as I was backing out one morning. This caused the bottom seal to slightly break. I called Precision the next morning and 4 hours later, Garrett R. came to fix my garage door. Garrett was fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable and able to fix my garage door in a timely manner. He also gave me great tips on how to keep my garage door running smoothly! I will definitely call Precision again if I need their help in the future!

My garage door opener was not working so I called Precision and they came right over. This is great! But......I was told that I needed new springs and rollers so after thinking I was going to spend $50 or so on an opener, I ended up spending $1100!! James, the Tech was amazing and fixed my door in no time. He said that he did not fix prices but OMG. With earthquakes and fires this year, I need a door that works but the prices were very high.Thank you James for great service.
