Tech called when he was on his way & even arrived ahead of schedule. Tech was very professional, polite & courteous. He explained everything that needed to be done , gave me 3 choices of work needed, but did not push to do anything more that I wanted to do. I highly recommend this company.

Excellence, in every possible way. Appointment chat, tech arrival, diagnosis, explanation, then repaired even better than it was before. Very reasonable pricing.. Carlos also explained a bunch of things I never knew about garage doors, and then he fixed my garden hose. Highly recommend.

I really tried to fix it myself. I looked at YouTube videos. I pulled out the manual.I pulled out my ladder and set up in the garage. But the door kept reversing. It mostly happened when I was in a hurry to leave and was forced to sit in the driveway watching the door touch down then happily return to the horizontal position. Like 6 times in a row. So it's hot today, everyone is cranky and I called Precision Door. I just couldn't have another night of worrying that garage door was going to fly open and go up and down and up and down all night. They sent James Walker. YAYYYYYY! It's fixed. Of course it behaved for him. Thanks again, Precision Door. And James W.

Our technician, Carlos, was absolutely excellent; friendly, professional and quick. Carlos explained the work that needed to be done to fix the problem. He told what had to be done and what could be done, if we wanted to. In addition to the door repair, at our request i.e. no upselling, Carlos installed a modern belt drive garage door opener. When the job was done Carlos took the time to explain all the features of the door opener and he programmed the door opener in our vehicle. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Carlos.

It was easy to schedule an appointment online and I was given a four hour window for servic. Brandon, the tech, called about 15 mnutes before arriving. He quickly assessed the problems we were experiencing with the garage door opener and we discussed various options. I opted to go with a new opener as the old one was almost 15 years old and was not up to current codes for a battery backup. He did the install quickly and efficiently and explained what he was doing. Brandon is an excellent representative for Precision Garage Door Service.

Excellent presentation as to items of immediate concern (needing replacement) and as he progressed with repair, advised of additional parts that would need replacement in due time. Great company which delivers what it says on their website. I called them at 3:30 pm as my garage door snapped its cable. I got through to service scheduler and the technician was at my house at 5. What a service the technician was great to review the parts and labor he had tbe job completed in almost 2 hours . True, this company is a bit pricy , but I would rather pay and get the job done in a professional way. I highly recommend them for garage door jobs. If

These guys are awesome! We called on the evening of a holiday and they were able to come out first thing in the morning the next day. Ian was prompt & took time to explain my options, and most importantly - super honest about what is a "must do" & a nice to do.
