This is the second time we have used precision and they did a fantastic job each time. They are extremely knowledgeable, they didn’t try to oversell, and they were extremely efficient in installing a new opener and rollers. Our door went from extremely noisy before their work to whisper quiet after. But what shocked us was how convenient scheduling was. They came same day in a 6-10pm window making it easy to be home from work. They arrived at 6:30 and texted us when on the way. They assessed the issue quickly and were able to install the new equipment on the spot. They finished before 9pm. I highly recommend working with Precision.

Andrey {a Precision Technician) arrived in early December to move the manual garage door opener down about 5 to 6 feet. I am almost 5'2" so the person who installed our garage door opener made a bad guess on the location for the manual opener. Andrey graciously moved the manual operating box down to my height! He was so thorough and professional it was a pleasure to have him as my Service Technician. He told me I needed to have the springs on the door replaced in the early part of December. Just before Christmas I was able to schedule Andrey to replace the springs. Again Andrey was very professional and explained everything before he started on the job. For this job, I had a broken door spring that needed to be replaced. As part of their service, an inspection of the door system found a couple of other issues that needed to be addressed.
