Amazing company. From the customer service who was professional, pleasant and was able to fit me a same day appt., to the technician Joel that called before he was going to arrive, I couldn't have asked for a more professional service. Our 20 yr + Liftmaster started having issues a couple of days prior but was able to get it to work eventually until last evening. I couldn't get the door to stay down. In the past whenever this would happen it typically was due to a windy day when a cover we have hanging in just inside our garage door would trigger the sensor to think something was in the way. However yesterday I did look to see that this wasn't the issue, albeit it was a windy evening. Of course when Joel came, the door closed without incident. After investigating, he mentioned it may be the motherboard given the age of the Liftmaster. I love how Joel throughly investigated what may be the cause, thinking outside of the box. He listened intently to my description of what was happening and answered all my inquisitive questions about the system. He did find three hinges that were cracked so had him replace those and do a maintenance check since we never oiled the hinges. After the maintenance,the door was very quiet and worked like a fine well oiled machine. Given after many attempts of opening and closing the door without any hiccups, I decided to forego replacing the Liftmaster but he was nice enough to email me the quotes for the new system. I couldn't have asked for a nice technician to come out. Very knowledge, friendly and professional.

Great work and timely response from Precision Garage. We had a non urgent situation, but they were still able to come out the day of. The technician, Jose Brizuela, was knowledgeable, polite and quick to boot. Went over everything in detail, answered questions and cleaned up well upon departure. Overall a positive experience and would recommend. Thanks Jose and Precision Garage.

Boulevard Garage Doors responded quickly and sent Valentino Ramirez to our home within 24 hours. Upon arrival, Valentino diagnosed immediately what was the problem. The door hanging cable had started wearing out into strands. He also spotted two problems from the time of the installation by the builder. The garage springs were wrongly placed about an inch lower than the cable holder at the ends. Another problem was the builder used 8' cable for a 7' door. Both will cause too much pressure on the cable and affect the garage door functioning. He fixed all the three problems within an hour and a half. I had bought a garage door seal to replace the one on the door. He replaced it with no additional charge. The quote was reasonable compared to other companies. Overall, the work was done to my satisfaction and the price was reasonable.

I have had the pleasure of having Sheridan come out and work on my garage door as such I specifically requested he come out for another visit as a few of the bracket screws were stripped. Upon his arrival he quickly looked at the door and noticed right away there was a cracked on one of the door panels. He mentioned that if this was repaired, it would eventually result in a full door replacement. He made quickly made the repair. Once again, the service Sheridan provided was top notch. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for garage door repair work ask for Sheridan. He is professional and courteous and a pleasure to work with.

This morning went to open my garage door notice it open about a 2 feet stopped and closed with a error code. I notice one spring had broken and I quickly called Precision doors, since I used them in the past to align my garage door. They came out in about 2 hours and installed new springs and rolls in about a hour. I am very happy with the response and service.

I called and was given a window of 4pm-8pm. I got a call at 3:30 that they were on the way. Sheridan took the time to look over the garage door and explained the reason for the amount and exactly what needed to be done. He was very experienced and able to complete the job in the time he estimated it would take. I am very satisfied with the explanation of the work and reasoning for replacing parts. I have used Precision in the past and will in the future.

Precision door was a referral from another client. Technician was courtesy and indicated what parts needed replacing post inspection. Very efficient and worked quickly, showed the difference between the new and old parts. Would highly recommend this company for response time, efficiency and workmanship

So disappointed in this place. I got a quote from 3 people and precision garage doors wanted to charge double than the others and said things needed to be replaced when the others said it was working perfectly fine. It felt like all they wanted was my money and they weren’t genuine and honest. I paid $70 for a 10 min estimate. I wouldn’t recommend them!

Our garage door opener broke in the morning and was repaired by mid afternoon. Our technician Bachir was super professional and took a lot of time looking at the overall condition of the opener, door and associated hardware and explained a lot of stuff to me which was very helpful. He even had to make a run to the hardware store for some specialry parts and make a custom bracket since our door was so old (dating from 1960.) I couldn't recommend Precison Garage Door more.

I am surprised with the the quote given to me. My garage door opener is pretty old and the gear broke from inside and there is no way to repair. So, I asked for the quote how much would be the final amount if i go for new garage door opener. They have gave the quote which 4 times higher than market rate (total $3200). I checked with Home depot and their technician and got it replace in $400. I would not recommend service from Precision. Highly disappointed.

I had a 5 star experience with Bachir of Precision Garage Door! I was able to receive same-day service. Bachir patiently and fully explained the various issues and corrective repair measures after carefully examining our garage door. My experience with Phillip Nguyen goes back four years ago. Phillip has the same professionalism and mannerism as he greeted me today. Phillip greeted me with positive enthusiasm and was very detailed assessing my garage door issues. Phillip provided me options how I would like to proceed with repairs and the estimates and his estimated to complete repairs was spot on. Phillip, really knows his trade, but most importantly Phillip iwas sensitive and courteous to me and my neighbors. Noise was minimal and repairs exceeded my expectations. When I had made an appointment, the front desk person assigned a technician. And, if there was any changes of technician's base on a change of assignment that I would be notified, that never happened. Aside from that, David L. called to let us know that he was on his way. David worked meticulous in rebuilding 80% of a 24 yr old garage door. He explained what to be replace and eventually showed the worn parts. David also took the time to instruct/inform of a yearly preventative maintenance. Whereas just fix it and run (this was other companies that my neighbors had used). This would have been a 5 star for David, if not for the front desk.
