James came out to check our garage door since we experienced problems with the door closing in the afternoons. James diagnosed the problem and also noted a frayed line that would have been disastrous if not caught. James was efficient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The Tech Sheridan Abad did excellent job and was very fast. I am very happy with his work he is very good and hard worker. His quality of work was clean and neat. His company should give him a good review for the work that he does. Highly recommended, Sheridan Abad/ Precision Garage Doors! Sheridan showed up on time in a mask, explained in detail what needs to be done, and the associated cost of garage door opener repair/replacement.

Our garage door broke today. We were fortunate that Precision Door was available to help. Sheridan, our technician, was exceptional. He showed up for our appointment much earlier than anticipated. He explained the problem with the door and what he would need to do to repair it. He was very professional and honest about what we would need and not need. He did an amazing job. 5+stars. Paul was out today, just two hours after making a call for a repair. In fact, Paul called us to see if he could come out earlier than our scheduled time, which was great for us! Precision Door had their A-game on with regards to my experience. They were quick to call me back, twice as a matter of fact because Laura at the office had me scheduled with a rep to consider a new door, and pointed out that I had already booked another appointment with a tech who came out and helped me fix my issues. I did end up spending $625.00 to give the existing door a makeover, and it was money well spent b/c now I don't have to consider a new door. Tim the tech was great and easy to work with. Nothing but kudos to y'all for running a tight ship.

Tech was on time and explained what needed to be replaced. He was friendly and worked efficiently. The bill was a lot more than anticipated so he took time go over it item by item. Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware, OSH, all give veterans 10% discount. While pleased with service next time will check around for lower pricing.

Diamond certified and positive yelp reviews my selection factors for Precision. 25 year door in great shape (use 4-6 times daily) needed new components (springs, rollers, drums, cables, bottom weather stripping, brackets). Jerry explained service options in detail and showed parts to be used. He did very professional installation, attention to detail.
