My call was answered promptly and a visit scheduled for the next day. Travis was just terrific. He explained the source of some issues with the opener and then proceeded to reset the device. My homes garage door and lift system was in need of repair, Paul Brinkman was the technician that arrived to repair and replace with new spring, cables, rollers and a new Liftmaster LED system. His work was clean and timely. Mr. Brinkman also gave a full and through explanation of the new Liftmaster system. The garage door is now quiet to open and close plus it locks securely.

I was fortunate to have had my garage motor replaced in 2017 by Precision, suddenly I felt vulnerable when the motor failed and pulled the panels off-track. One call to Precision and I received quick response to repair it. Yesterday I needed a consultation after I replaced the door's weatherstripping and I relied on Precision to assist. Within 24 hours, tech Paul Brinkman arrived, assessed the situation and also found 2 cracked hinges(rollers). He replaced them quickly and lubed the motor track. Paul competently and patiently answered all my questions and left me confidently knowledgeable on how to maintain my door. Jerry Parker! what can i say, this cool guy knew exactly why my garage door opener was failing and told me parts were no longer available. After 28yrs. i got my moneys worth. Jerry showed me 3 openers of which i chose the super quite belt-drive 3/4hp # 8550- Liftmaster. Installation went smoothly and timely about 2/1/2 hrs. he explained all the new functions of the new remote control very clearly.

I simply needed a garage door spring replaced. Was told by the dispatcher that it would be ~$240 to replace. "Paul" came out and tried to upsell my wife on $900 worth of service. When I asked him to simply perform the service I asked for, he refused. He charged me ~$50 for the visit and left without doing anything. It is highly unlikely that I will ever call you for service again!

I placed a call to Precision for a service visit on Monday. I received confirmation a technician would arrive Tuesday between 4-6Pp. Paul B arrived at 4:30p. We discussed my garage door situation. Paul listened, and presented me with 3 options and associated quotes. I selected one and asked when we could start. Paul said immediately. He had with him on the truck all the parts needed for my job. He let me know when he expected to finish, kept me informed along the way, and completed all the work on time. The tech came to my house is for the money only. He came didn’t do anything I was complaining my GARADGE door not closing it open but cannot closed, all he does is stood by the censor and let me push the bottom on the wall and he said nothing wrong with it, so I ask him so your not gonna do anything I alredy told him that is not closing and he said I need a new GARADGE so basically he just came there to collect the money for him to come to my house, and try sell me a new GARADGE which skyrocket prices. He was gonna charge me almost 1,700 for just a new motor that you can buy at Home Depot for 240. Insane I wish I got his name as soon as I see him I just knew he no good, I use precision GARADGE before I have a good guy fix the problem without hesitate problem solve. But one employee that is not doing a good job will pull the business down.
