I don’t know where they got so many positive review, this is a money scam company, they charge me for a “Torsion cable for 7' door” for $329 which can get from home depot for $15 dollars, and for less than one hour job they charge me $2214 for a garage door repair, for the same price I can get a brand new door replacement! And when the guy tell me the price on the phone was so unclear make me misunderstand the pricing, when I ask them send me a quote before they do that, they said they cannot, the whole service make me feel like I got rip off, wound not recommend their service!

The Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Knowledgeable and thorough. highly recommend. we had someone come previously who put in a spring 90 pounds under the weight of the door. the spring snapped and could easily have hurt someone. Rod came to install a new garage door motor a few days ago, who did it efficiently and professionally. After I changed the garage door bottom padding, the door wouldn’t stay closed since the new padding is thicker and closure height needs to be adjusted. Rodney came promptly, asked his boss for permission to waive a minimum fee to repair the problem NOT due to his installation, and basically helped me out for free.
