We chose Precision Garage door from the adds we had seen on TV. One call did it all. They are very courteous, arrived on time and had the problem corrected in a few min. the technician Mario was very courteous and explained everything that needed to be done. I would use this company again and recommend them to any of my friends or anyone that asked if I knew of a grage door repair company.

Tech was on time and explained what needed to be replaced. He was friendly and worked efficiently. The bill was a lot more than anticipated so he took time go over it item by item. Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware, OSH, all give veterans 10% discount. While pleased with service next time will check around for lower pricing.

I chose Precision because Cara the receptionist was very friendly and answered every question I asked her! She set the appointment quickly. Mario the Friendly Tech came out and performed the job quickly, professionally and took the time to explain what he had done! I will refer Precision to family and friends. 3 year old Garage door metal coils came unwound on saturday so garage door would not open or close. Called the Precision garage door number, was promptly answered by the attendant who gave me a same day apt time frame from 12:00 to 4:00pm and told me that Paul Brinkman would be attending to the broken garage door. He arrived an hour later and fixed the broken coils and pointed out other parts that may get damaged in the next few years, it wasn't precision doors that installed this actual garage door 3 years ago & pointed out that the original company used cheap parts for the door. I got a 90 day work and 1 year warranty for the parts they replaced. Prompt, same day service, fast and responsive and excellent customer service, and the garage door works great again! Thank you so much everyone at Precision garage doors and Paul Brinkman!

I would not recommend this company for the reason that they doubled the price when they worked on my garage door. I understand that I didn't have to agree with the quote that they presented. My plan was to get multiple quotes, but I was also desperate to get my garage door back in operation. After I got my invoice, I decided to research the prices on the parts listed on the invoice. For example, they charged me $699.00 for the Liftmaster 8550wlb opener which sold for $345.00 at Amazon. Not to mention the rest of the parts that they used which were also double priced.

I'd been having issues with my garage door not closing sometimes, finally was tired of dealing with it and called Precision Door on a Monday morning. That afternoon they sent out technician Paul B. and he was great!. He assessed everything, took his time explaining and showing me the issues that were most likely causing my problem. He quoted me 3 different options. I felt no pressure to hurry up and make a decision or about which option I choose. Once I made my decision I was very happy to learn he had everything he needed on his truck to complete the job. Within a few hours I had a garage door that closed & was working better than ever. I couldn't be happier with the job and service I received. Thank you Paul B :-)

Precision presented itself as a professional business on its website and again when I called and talk to a representative who was courteous and helpful in setting up an earliest as possible appointment. Paul, the repairman who came to our house, was very knowledgeable. He spotted problems with our garage door that were about to get worse.The price he quoted was reasonable and he did the work efficiently and explained everything he was doing and why. A real good comfy all around.

The technician seemed a little perturbed when he saw what was wrong with our garage door. And immediately stated the cost would be $425.00. It took him approx 10 minutes to fix the issue. When I questioned him about the amount charged and the length of time it took him to complete the job he said I can take off $50. I questioned again if this is what it costs no matter how long it takes, and he stated I’m just an employee I will not ever use this company again and would not recommend anyone to use this company. They maybe able to fix garage doors but at the expense of someone who has no choice but to pay what they say.

Today I had my garage door serviced by Precison. The engineer was on time as promised. He did an assessment of my garage door, the automatic opener and parts. The assessment was through, all aspects of the assessment were explained to me. Once I decided what work would be done, the work started right away. New rollers, new spring, new cables, and a new garage door opener was installed within 2 hours. I am so happy with this service. I was drawn to Precision because of its outstanding reviews and ratings. They didn't disappoint. We had one issue but I knew our garage door system was about 20 years old and was on its last legs. Paul Brinkman came when promised, identified the issues, gave me various options, we talked those options through, and a couple of hours later I had a new garage door opener, new springs, and a keypad on the outside. First rate service, great warranties ... I couldn't be happier!
