I see there thought of replacing all the parts, I’m going to say, replace 10 bearing, 2 lift cables, two lift springs, the expertise of the work, but to the tune of $2275.50 cents, seams a little on the high side to me, for an hour width of work.

He took the time to show me exactly which parts were worn or cracked and gave a detailed explanation of how each component works. It was helpful and reassuring to understand what needed to be fixed and why. Philip replaced all the moving parts, including the motor.
