Would not recommend using this company again. Very overpriced! Technician was hard-working and competent but pricing was way too high. Circumstances prevented me from using my preferred vendor and I was stuck with my car trapped in the garage. I was charged 400X my preferred vendor's bid for same scope of work. I can understand a modest up-charge for quick service (which I appreciated) but 300% is over the top!

Precision Garage Door Service responded almost immediately to my online request for service. Joel arrived within an hour and was courteous and professional. He installed new springs, cables, plates, drums and bearing rollers. Joel also tightened up some bolts on the door and adjusted the chain on my garage door opener. Everything was completed in under two hours!

Today we had Precision Garage repair service come to repair our garage door. The tech, Rodney Farmer, came and evaluated the problem and fixed the problem which the tech from the other company caused. Rodney really cared about what he was doing and found the screw which was put in the wrong way and caused our garage to almost tip off the tracks. The damage was severe but Rodney removed the damage and fixed the entire system and now it sounds like a brand new door. I am going to tell my neighbors to call Precision and ask for Rodney when they need garage repairs or replacement.

Not on time, had to wait to get ripped off. Quoted $1300.00 to repair one spring and lube the rest. Didn't even talk about the lifting mechanism...LOL. Took the $69.00 after I told him just had both springs replaced for half and told me ridiculous statement, "everything just doubled". He must have just figured us for fools.

Sheridan came to “tune up” our aging garage door earlier today. It is old, had a serious sag, and could be heard for miles!! He diagnosed the problems quickly, offered options, applied no pressure as we discussed what to do, and was thoroughly professional! Our garage door stopped working many months ago. We don't use it for our car, so we didn't prioritize fixing it. We had someone from another company come out to give us a quote, but they didn't seem to diagnose the problem correctly. Our technician took the time to really investigate the issue, looking carefully with a flashlight at all of the connection points in our garage. He capably and clearly explained our options for repair and the associated ballpark ranges for how long certain components were expected to last. This helped us to repair the necessary components of our garage door assembly without added cost. The technician arrived the day we scheduled service (same day!), and was able to complete the repair on the spot since the necessary parts were on the truck. We are extremely pleased with the work!

The garage door in our newly purchased home failed on a Friday night. We called on Saturday morning and by noon, Travis & his trainee (I’m sorry I forgot his name) arrived to troubleshoot the issue. He is a true professional and experienced technician! In addition to patiently helping me understand how all the mechanical components work & their failure points, he quickly identified some issues in need of replacement for our 25 year old garage door as well as helping me weigh pros/cons of replacing the old (but working) motor with a new one. Within a few hours, Travis installed a new (and quieter) belt driven motor, new springs, new keypad, new cabling, and reinforced a weak & saggy spot in the center of the door. He took the time to walk us through how to use everything and programmed our remotes, car, and keypad. He even took notice of some military memorabilia I had in the garage and gave me a 10% military discount! I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome and customer service interaction we had with Travis. Highly recommend Precision!

Jose was our technician today. He was very polite and patient with us. We had called Precision to get a 2nd opinion on a non-working keypad. Jose confirmed it was dead and it actually fell apart in his hands. He also noticed a wheel that had come out of the track and the ring holding it to the door. He fixed that too and now everything is working great! This is our second time working with Precision Garage Door and the second time we have been extremely pleased with their attention to details, their work, and their price!

Service was performed in a professional way. The big problem for me was the very high cost. Over $2,000 for 2 springs and an hours worth of work seems outrageous. I am of the opinion they take advantage of people’s need for a functioning garage door.
