I backed into my own garage door at my home in Richmond on a Friday night and called another company first. They said they'd get back to me -- shortly and never did. So Saturday at 7:20, I called Precision because of all the positive reviews I'd seen online, and the promise of same-day service. The technician arrived at 10am as promised and my door was not only fixed but fundamentally improved when he was done...just an hour later. I am stunned and thrilled at the fantastic and fast work. Hopefully I won't make backing into my garage door a habit, but if I do, I'm calling Precision without hesitation.

We have used your company before and didn't hesitate to call you again to do a repair on a broken garage door spring (different property this time). Your technician, Sheridan Abad, recommended some parts (cables, rollers, etc.) to be replaced not just the spring, and it's worth it! I was extremely Pleased with the initial meeting with Al, he was patient while explaining the differences in insulation, and features between a belt and chain drive. He followed up afterwards and answered all my remaining questions. Armondo was my installer. He was prompt, courteous, maintained safety Covid protocol, and left the area spotless. My garage door needed immediate attention so I decided to call local companies for a some advice and quote. The first two companies QUICKLY looked and recommended that I replace my motor for several hundreds of dollars. The Precision technician came to my home and did a thorough inspection. He took his time looked at every component of the garage and gave me his honest opinion. I can appreciate his attention to detail. At the end, PAUL BRINKMAN gave me multiple quotes and gave me tools to make a sound decision. PAUL replaced some springs and he made some adjustments. My garage door was fixed and did not need a motor after all. If and when I do need to replace that motor I know who to call first! Thank you PRECISION for sending an experienced technician. My garage door spring was broken this morning and the cars were trapped. A guick search led me to Precision. They answered the phone and promised the door could be fixed that day. I've had many experiences where the tech comes out to assess the problem than disappears for a few days to get parts. Not this time! I was delighted when Travis showed up the afternoon fully prepared to fix the problem. He gave me good advice on what needed to be done for a long term repair and communicated what he was doing as the job progressed. So before dinner the cars were liberated thanks to Travis and Precision. Job well done.

Brandon Taylor is the type of technician I want whenever I need a professional: high integrity, genuine, honest and skilled. He goes above and beyond to help customers become aware of what our part is in maintaining our equipment and how little time, effort and product it takes to extend the life of our garage doors and openers. He demonstrates how to lubricate the rollers, springs, hinges and tubes. Shows us what spray to buy and use. I'm all for saving money and extending the life of all equipment, especially high cost items. Today I proactively replaced the original chain driven 1/3 hp (home builder -cheap!) garage opener because it was 10 years old and noisy. It was slow, as well. I researched and chose a "belt" driven model and swapped out the rail wheels (which were being dragged) for new rollers. I find it better to assess all aspects of the garage door and opener to maintain correct alignment and increased longevity. Brandon explained how the remote and control pad worked. He also programmed my vehicle with the new garage opener. He's really talented and wants to do his best always for the customer. He's the type of person you'd want the next time if assistance is needed. Brandon and Precision's phone/website are in my phone contact list! I practice proactive management -buy quality, good workmanship and see the value pay off long term. I did my research and I lucked out choosing Precision!

Andre came out on time with a proceeding confirmation call and was neat and organized performing a minor adjustment and bolt tightening and lubrication. The price as quoted for a visit and minor repair and was half of what I was quoted by the original door installation company who I had called first. Five Star.

Technician is on time which is great! I told the guy that all I want is to make a minimal repair like adjusting/aligning the dented right vertical rail which cause the rollers on the left to disangaged so that it will function how it used to be. I was really dissapointed when the guy give me the estimates and option, telling me so many parts need to be replace which will cost me $1,500-$1,800. I decided to decline their estimates in spite me of paying $49.95 for their visit because I knew this company also makes profit out of the parts, hoping they knew how to listen what their customer wants and be truthful enough. In the end I contacted another company with FREE estimate, this guy is so awesome he told me there is no parts need to be replaced. I told him you might need to replace the dented right vertical rail, he said no, what this awesome guy did is just make it straight again. He made my garage door aligned center, adjustments for the gaps and checked all moving parts works properly....now my garage door works flawless and even gave me a 2 years Off Track Warranty. The repars only cost me $300.00! Just being honest in my comments and ratings.
