My garage door spring was broken this morning and the cars were trapped. A guick search led me to Precision. They answered the phone and promised the door could be fixed that day. I've had many experiences where the tech comes out to assess the problem than disappears for a few days to get parts. Not this time! I was delighted when Travis showed up the afternoon fully prepared to fix the problem. He gave me good advice on what needed to be done for a long term repair and communicated what he was doing as the job progressed. So before dinner the cars were liberated thanks to Travis and Precision. Job well done.

Brandon Taylor is the type of technician I want whenever I need a professional: high integrity, genuine, honest and skilled. He goes above and beyond to help customers become aware of what our part is in maintaining our equipment and how little time, effort and product it takes to extend the life of our garage doors and openers. He demonstrates how to lubricate the rollers, springs, hinges and tubes. Shows us what spray to buy and use. I'm all for saving money and extending the life of all equipment, especially high cost items. Today I proactively replaced the original chain driven 1/3 hp (home builder -cheap!) garage opener because it was 10 years old and noisy. It was slow, as well. I researched and chose a "belt" driven model and swapped out the rail wheels (which were being dragged) for new rollers. I find it better to assess all aspects of the garage door and opener to maintain correct alignment and increased longevity. Brandon explained how the remote and control pad worked. He also programmed my vehicle with the new garage opener. He's really talented and wants to do his best always for the customer. He's the type of person you'd want the next time if assistance is needed. Brandon and Precision's phone/website are in my phone contact list! I practice proactive management -buy quality, good workmanship and see the value pay off long term. I did my research and I lucked out choosing Precision!

My garage door opener was very old. Called for service on 12/29/21 and was able to get an appointment on 12/30/21. Sheridan Abad arrived on time and explained what needed to be done. He was available on 1/1/22 to come and finished the job. He was a pleasure to work with., and I highly recommend using Precision.

Jonathan Castro is the technician who repaired our garage door. He called first that he on his way to our house. He is polite and very knowledgeable. He showed us the problem on our garage door opener and explain what needs to be done and cost of the repair. No pressure talk. We agreed and haapy with the result. Andre came out on time with a proceeding confirmation call and was neat and organized performing a minor adjustment and bolt tightening and lubrication. The price as quoted for a visit and minor repair and was half of what I was quoted by the original door installation company who I had called first. Five Star.

Kept on telling me the springs were to weak all I wanted was the maintenance of the doors they are 7 years old and nothing is wrong with the springs I told him, finally he told me that it would cost 2 hundred bucks for each door to be serviced, They could have told me that on the phone when I ask the person on the phone how much does it cost for maintance we have to come out bull crap, the technician new what it cost after I told him the springs have been good for the last 7 years. They get 40 bucks just for showing up service call. Make them give you a rough estimate over the phone, not a good showing of service from the tech. They got me.

The garage door repair and service I received on November 17, 2021 was outstanding and Im a very satisfied customer. My garage door became inoperable due to a broken spring and other worn hardware. The garage door was 7 years old and had not been maintained. The service technician explained the problem, my options, and then he was able to replace the the broken, as well as the worn parts. He also adjusted and lubricated the chain on the automatic garage door opener. All the work was completed in 2 hours. He also applied lubricant to an adjacent garage door. Best of all, I could get my parked care out of the garage. The service provided was above and beyond!

It was a pleasure dealing with Phillip! He was professional and polite while trying to determined the cause for why my garage door would not stay down. Through his evaluation, the problem was determined to be an issue caused by me in putting a towel on the ground next to the door to block air from coming in.
