He took the time to show me exactly which parts were worn or cracked and gave a detailed explanation of how each component works. It was helpful and reassuring to understand what needed to be fixed and why. Philip replaced all the moving parts, including the motor. He completed the work quickly but thoroughly, and he left the area spotless when he was done. It's not often you find that level of care and attention to detail. The main spring on our garage snapped, trapping both cars. Precision Garage responded quickly, arrived on time and replaced the spring and other parts that were getting old. Part prices are high but the response and service was very professional.

Well … I feel that I wasted the $70 initial visit because the representative misdiagnosed the problem. My garage door was only opening 70% of the way. The representative tried adjusting it with the adjustment buttons (like I did already) … then tried by unplugging the unit for a minute hoping that it would reset (also like I did) … but the door still opened only 70%. Your representative said that we would need to replace the entire unit and rail at a cost of $1,600.00 plus $1,100.00 if the four springs needed replacing. We told him that we would have to think about it. The next day I called B&C garage door .. they came out that evening and also tried the same things and determined that we needed to replace the circuit board in the unit and perhaps adjust the springs … he had the new part (circuit board) with him and replaced it .. then he adjusted the doors opening and closing by using the adjustment buttons on the new circuit board… and also adjusted the springs in order to make the door close softer … now everything works fine … B&C charged me $200.00 … well worth it!! Not sure what the Precision guy was thinking.. he didn’t even offer or think of replacing the circuit board?? So we saved a couple of thousand dollars by using B&C ! … yeah! Precision should refund all or part of my $70.00 that we paid for a misdiagnosis please!

Though the work was done fast and very satisfactory, the total repair costs was ridiculously and unreasonably expensive. I don’t agree when you have different charges based on where you live. I would say that I am an unhappy customer.

Precision Door’s ease of booking an appointment and Antonio’s knowledge made the process of first attempting to salvage our 20 year old motor and ultimate replacement a very positive and easy experience. From the ease of same day booking and the notifications of arrival, Precision Door’s commitment to excellent customer service was clear. We tried several options to salvage the old motor, but ultimately had to replace. The replacement was fast and seamless, and Antonio walked my wife and I through adjustments, pairing with vehicle, etc. For the next replacement I’ll definitely go with Precision Door and strongly recommend them to anyone needing service or replacement. On Saturday, I awaken to find out that my garage door would not open. I tried multiple times, then remembered that I saw Precision's ad on television. They informed me of the timeframe that the technician would arrive. There was a confirming text restating the arrival and another letting me know the technician was on his way. Carlos was the technician who came and was extremely helpful; explained the problem (loose bolt), check the system to make sure all the rollers, etc were working properly. He explained some others about the door that was helpful. Work done in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend!

Quick response, waiting on written recommendation with cost estimate including lable and detailed parts breakdown. Called for (1) broken spring, verbal estimate was $1400 which included bearings. My wife called me and I wasn't in a position to make the decision. The first website that came up on a google search while I was on the phone with the tech stated "never pay more than $1000 for springs on a garage". So I await more details.

So of course it was a Sunday morning when one of the torsion cables came loose and prevented us from closing the garage door. I found Precision Service online, and was very happy that they could send out a technician the same day without exorbitant weekend fees. David L. arrived and really worked to figure out the issue - not just replace the cables. I'm very happy with the work he did and very appreciative of the time and care he took to get our door working - for today and the future.

We are very happy. A spring broke on one of our doors and caused a catastrophic failure. We couldn't get our car out. We called Precision and the sent James Walker. He came quickly, was very friendly and went over everything. We had several options and ended up fixing the door that failed and and updating the other door which was on the verge of failing. Price was decent. Would hire them again, definitely.
