Quick response, waiting on written recommendation with cost estimate including lable and detailed parts breakdown. Called for (1) broken spring, verbal estimate was $1400 which included bearings. My wife called me and I wasn't in a position to make the decision. The first website that came up on a google search while I was on the phone with the tech stated "never pay more than $1000 for springs on a garage". So I await more details.

So of course it was a Sunday morning when one of the torsion cables came loose and prevented us from closing the garage door. I found Precision Service online, and was very happy that they could send out a technician the same day without exorbitant weekend fees. David L. arrived and really worked to figure out the issue - not just replace the cables. I'm very happy with the work he did and very appreciative of the time and care he took to get our door working - for today and the future.

We are very happy. A spring broke on one of our doors and caused a catastrophic failure. We couldn't get our car out. We called Precision and the sent James Walker. He came quickly, was very friendly and went over everything. We had several options and ended up fixing the door that failed and and updating the other door which was on the verge of failing. Price was decent. Would hire them again, definitely.

A cable on my garage door broke yesterday mid afternoon. Having used Precision Garage Door previously, I called for an apppointment. Within 3 hours Patrick showed up. He evaluated the door for necessary repairs provide quotes for the work and was through with the repair with 2 hours. The cost was less than the quote and the work was done flawlessly. The technician was very nice and on time. Thank you for that! However, the company charged me only for estimate on repair and prices on repairs are ridiculously high. Paid $69.95 only to take a look and been asked 845$ + for the job.

All went well. Patrick explained all what needed to be fixed. I asked him some questions regarding the garage door. Well since the doors were installed in 2004 he explained to me about the springs and some other parts. So, I trusted him and decided to have all replaced. I’m very happy with the work he did. You are very lucky to have a professional person like Patrick working for you. He was very personable and made me feel comfortable in fixing my garage door!! Job well done!!!!

My garage roller gave out . Went on the company website , they had same day apt . My technician Sheridan Abad , diagnosed the issue , and fixed it within an hour . My garage door was fully functional . Very happy customer. Great service .

I came home around 12:00pm on a Monday and my garage door would not close. I called Precision and had an appt. within 2 hours. The technician was Parampreet Singh and he was knowledgeable, courteous and very professional. He gave me a few options to consider before I chose a new garage door opener and rail system. The installation was completed within an hour, and he even programmed the door opener in my vehicle. I called Precision based on the commercials I had seen on TV. Everything they advertised was spot on from the professional phone service through installation. I highly recommend them for any needed repair or new door installation.

Precision makes good garage doors, and I would recommend them. However, one of the parts they use, the door handle/lock combo, is cheaply made, and was never particularly easy to use. (Our garage door is manual.) The keys that come with it are also cheaply made, and sure enough, yesterday one broke off inside the lock. Result? It cost $350 to have the garage pried open ( luckily we could do that..) and then the very nice tech replaced the lock. I immediately went to Ace to get new, stronger keys made. But the actual lock, though brand new, is still not easy to use/insert a key. But it works…Precision needs to upgrade this part.

They replaced my old garage door that was at least 25 years old with a new one and the service and communication was excellent. 6 months later I found the door to be a little bit creaky and loud and when I called them they were out the next day to adjust and lubricate it everywhere so that it's back to perfect. The service is excellent, there's no other way around it

My garage went down unexpectedly. I contacted Precision and they responded to my home in less than 3 hours. Travis Behn & his partner Kaleb located the issue and were very knowledgeable. They performed the service in less than 2 hours, helped me set up the garage app, & passwords. They were very nice and took their time answering questions and explaining how the garage system works. I received repair service from Paolino in Hayward to replace a broken part on my door that set the limit for opening and closing. In addition the he lubricated all moving parts and tuned the motor. I did not understand all the charges on my invoice amounting to $434.90, so called Precision's problem solving number to talk with Miles. He said there was a refund due me of $69.95 for the service call itself. After several conversations, the refund was processed and I was notified of it. Miles worked to resolve this successfully for me. It's a good idea to call the post service number to resolve any question about the invoice charges, since they may not always be accurate..

I called them on Sunday morning and the Tech (Phillip) came out at 12:30pm. Phillip was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with 3 repairs options that were from least to more expensive and the pros/cons in choosing one over the other. The estimates were more than I had thought it would cost. The last garage door repairs I had were in 2018. I guess inflation and tarrif's have really increased the costs of everything. My prior Garage door repair company is closed on Sundays and on line it stated the first appointment was next Thursday. I was very happy Precision is open 7 days a week and appointments are within hours of calling them. I don't mind paying a more for good service. I use Precision again for my future repairs.
