My garage door was not operating correctly or consistently. I received a Precision door service advertising in the Sunday paper. I came to the conclusion that i needed to correct the problem once and for all . I checked the internet and other reviews and was pleased what I read. The service man ,Alex,was prompt, and right on time . Alex determined the problem and gave me a quote for same day service . He had all the parts needed on his Truck!! He was very efficient and thorough. I would recommend Precision Door Service.

I damaged my old garage door when it hit a box that was in its path, preventing the door from closing evenly. The additional stress on the components resulted in breaking the springs. Joshua did a thorough review of the situation, asked question about how the door was performing, and showed me the wear on parts he recommended replacing. The existing garage door, renovated with some new components, is so quiet I have to look at it to reassure myself it is moving. I had no idea a garage door did not have to wobble and creak!

They received my call at 8 pm and set up the appointment for next day to meet my schedule. He showed up right on time at the very beginning of the window time frame we set. He explained my options of repair or replace costs, then did the repair and more. The garage door is repaired and works much more smoothly than before the spring broke. Good job. Thanks

I went with Precision after learning that it was a family business and had biographies of their technicians. The technician was professional, personable and explained with details what was available to solve my issue. He replaced the motor (new motor is silent) and completed the repair in no time at all. We are very happy with Precision & would highly recommend.

Paulino was able to get my garage door running again. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our garage door rollers as he calls them were worn out and were making the garage door opens slowly and putting strain on my garage door opener. He was able to solve the issue in no time. Upon discovering our garage door spring had broken and hoping to get same day service, we found the ad for Precision online. Noticing their numerous 5 star reviews and diamond certified rating, we decided to call them. From our call to schedule an appointment, to the last minute of repair work, we could not have been more pleased with their service. We were able to get an appointment for later that afternoon, & received a call from technician Josh Kinder telling us what time he would be at our home. Upon arrival, he explained what needed to be done to fix our door. We chose to replace the spring on the other door as well, and replace plates, cables and drums to keep both doors working well for the future. Josh could not have been more professional and pleasant, and did a great job leaving the garage clean. We would highly recommend Precision to our family and friends.
