I had excellent response time and very courteous and helpful service when I called for a non-working garage door. Haziel identified the problem immediately, oiled the working mechanisms on the door and the chain and gave me helpful tips for maintaining the door so it functions ideally. Highly recommend this company. VERY professional. And friendly!!

We had a broken motor and had asked another repair company to come see it; they wouldn't come on time and didn't have the parts. Frustrated, I looked elsewhere and found Precision Garage Door. I was totally delighted when they said not only would they come out that day (it was 4 pm when I called), but that they had motors on the truck. Blake Zuniga arrived and couldn't have been nicer. He gave us 3 options and estimates on the repair, all professionally presented, and then went ahead and did the repair we chose -- right on the spot. Blake was super nice, very friendly, and we couldn't be happier with the work. Highly recommend him and Precision.

The service I received was excellent. Both customer service and Haziel were knowledgeable. Haziel called me prior to his arrival, and came to my house on time. Gabriel was the technician who came to my house. He called 30 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way which was very considerate. Gabriel was helpful, explained what he was doing, was professional but friendly at the same time. He fixed the door and asked if there was anything else he could do, which I thought was above and beyond good service. I would definitely consider Gabriel an excellent employee for your company, he set the example of what good customer service is.

A young driver hit my garage door late in the afternoon. I've used Precision Door for the last few times I've needed service for various mundane garage door reasons. My dad was an engineer so I'm kind of a picky customer and they have risen to the challenge with a smile on their face even sending someone out to move the control panel barely half an inch so it wouldn't keep hitting the door. So once again, there was their sticker, I called them right after calling my insurance company and when I explained it was leaving my house open they set up someone to come out immediately. Although that didn't happen for various reasons, I felt comfortable talking over how to close the garage door for the night and trusted them to follow through and still less than 24 hours after the crash, a service guy was here. A track, some hinges, young driver got lucky. Maybe because I'm a repeat customer, maybe because they good to deal with, I'll keep using Precision Door for my garage door needs.

Precision is great! They were able to come out very quickly to repair the garage door. I didn't want to have to park our cars outside for a few days waiting for the garage door repair person. The person I spoke to over the phone when I called to make an appointment was very nice and knew her business. She said that someone would be out later that day and he was. Precision's repairman was Blake and he was very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very fast. He saw the problem very quickly, gave me an estimate, said it would take an hour. it took about 50 minutes. Besides fixing the problem, he also inspected the door and all its parts to be sure everything was OK. I am very happy with Precision and their staff.

I had called Precision Garage Door in Southern California to replace my mother’s door opener. The installer did a very good job so I called Precision here to replace my door and door opener. Our garage door stopped opening; with our car inside and on a work day. I called several companies but only Precision committed to same day service. I called at about 11:00am. The technician was scheduled for noon-2:00pm! Josh Kinder and his colleague arrived well within that window. Very friendly and polite guys. Great sense of humor. Josh told me what he was going to inspect and why; and what might need replacing. He was methodical, explained what had to be done, what he recommended should be done, and what ought be done "at some point if" if not now. With a 25 year old door it was time for the full Monty. And so it was. 5 Stars! Why? Everyone was polite from the person who scheduled the visit to John and his colleague. They explained what was wrong, what needed to be done and why, what it would cost, and did the job after I agreed. Efficient, thorough, and tidy. They checked the garage floor for anything that might have been left behind; nuts, bolts, screws etc. Other than the fact that the door now works, you wouldn't know they had been there for. Well done Josh and Co., and thanks Precision. ARB.

When our garage door spring broke, I looked up a Diamomd Certified recommendation, and found Precision. It was easy to make a service appointment. Our technician, James, was prompt. He was Super! He explained what we needed very clearly. He replaced the garage door springs quickly, and was engaging. He chatted with us while keeping at the task. Thanks to James, our broken door repair became an enjoyable experience.We are glad we followed the Diamond Certification advice, and we are completely happy with the work Precision Door did for us.

The first company I called to repair my door was the one that repaired it last time, but they were closed over the Labor day weekend. I called Precision next and was pleasantly surprised that they could come out same day. I thought every company was going to be closed. Technician Josh Kinder and his trainee Gabriel? were both very polite and friendly. Josh explained to me everything that needed to be done to fix my garage door as well as telling me about worst case scenario costs that may be discovered during the repair, which my garage door ended up not needing. I felt the entire job was done professionally and quickly. Josh even cleaned up smudge marks left behind on the door from the repair. I will definitely be calling Precision for any future garage door needs.

i called two other companies and couldnt get service for three days to fix broken spring and cables with your company i got next day service to fix my problem. i didnt think i was going to spend that much money to fix the problem but the technition made me feel comfortable and explained the reasons for adding an extra spring and other parts for a longer lasting and SAFER garage door for my wife and I his knowledge and experience was big. this a very professional company. I am not happy with this service. Appointment was scheduled for the hours of 10-2. Paulinho showed up at 1:15 without calling first and just honked his horn He looked at the door and said “what did you do? He said it would be easy to fix and would cost $475 to get it to work or $1100 to do it right. He could not explain what he would to do to fix it. I need it to work so told him to fix it for the $475 price which by then was now $425. He fixed it in 20 minutes. $425 is a ridiculously high price for 20 minutes of work. I will not use this company again
