Thank you for the emergency repair and install. It was nicely done in a few hours as advertised. I appreciate very much the excellent service from your engineer Alex. He is very hard working with demonstrated skills and knowledge. However, I do have sticker shock because every piece of raw materials (springs, tubes and opener) are at least 2x more expensive than the market. In an emergency situation, customer is usually not in a good bargaining position... Excellent service but heavy mark up has greatly reduced client satisfaction.

I have used Precision Garage Door many times and every time I use them I have a great experience. I called and asked for information regarding a new opener because I was wanting to get the remotes to the opener out of my family cars. But because of the unit I had I could not add the MYQ technology. Called in and the same day Carlos came to my house. He went over the different options of the units that he had and I chose the newer model which was more money but that's ok. You cant put a price on your families security. Carlos installed the opener and did some repairs on my door which were badly needed. Carlos was a 5 star installer and was very professional. He explained the unit and how it works and had me all set up before he left. Thank you Carlos for everything.

Put in a garage door opener. Did a great job. Very satisfied. Little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I am good for the rest of my time in this house. Make sure you ask for the Senior Discount!

He was on-time, professional, friendly, and explained everything so I could understand what he was doing, what my options were, and the cost of those different options. I was unable to close the garage door and I was fearful that my garage was open to the interior of my house. The attendant explained the choices of fixing the door with the parts in it or putting in new parts. The warranties would vary. The attendant was a skilled professional and a pleasant person.

Trouble shot and replaced keypad unit. Also inspected the garage door and explained what needs to be upgraded and costs. They call and gave me a ETA. Both men were very courgural and represented Precision Garage Door well.

I chose Precision door because they responded right away, however i am disappointed with their work. After spending $1000 to get the garage door fixed 2 weeks ago, it started making squealing noise within a week of repair. Now i have to spend additional $250 to get the noise fixed. They are pretty expensive(charging 3 or 4 time more than regular price).

HORRIBLE Customer service!!! They did not show up the committed time and did not notify me. They were scheduled to come between 12-4 pm and they did not show up until 530 pm. It's a day before Thanksgiving and ruined my plans because they're not reliable and respectable company. I do not recommend this company!

Joe called that he was in transit and would be arriving in 20 minutes. He was on time and very polite. He immediately went work examining the door to determine cause of failure. He gave me options on things that needed care. Rollers replaced. Lubrication done. He also informed me about maintenance. Reprogrammed door for lift stop. One of the springs broke and it was urgent to get it fixed to be able to use the garage and get the cars out. We called and within an hour Tony showed up. The service was great and he completed the work in a good manner, explaining all the technical details. However, we were shocked at the cost of the parts, we checked with family and friends who had similar work done and they were also shocked. I understand parts will be marked up, but for example when a part like Torsion Cable 7' high is charged at $300 when it only retails for in the range of 10 to 25 dollars, it does not feel right. Even though the service was great and I’m sure the quality of work was also good, next time I would look around for other quotes just due to the final cost I had to pay, feels way too high.
