I had a new LiftMaster garage door opener installed by Patrick Leahy and Breashear. I was impressed by the overall level of service. They provided an extensive inspection of my garage door unit, and gave recommendations as to how to maximize the life and efficiency of the door. I liked that they were prompt, courteous, explained the different pricing options, and left the garage work area clean. I would not hesitate to contact Precision in the future if a need arises. They do excellent work!

We had Precision install our new door a couple of years ago and it was time for a tuneup. Antonio came out today and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was an extremely polite young man and explained what he was going to do and set about doing it. He tightened all the doors bolts and lubricated the moving parts and finally reset our side mounted opener. It’s really good to feel confidence and trust in people. Antonio is an asset to your company.

Holy smoke!!! Garage door cockeyed and won’t open at 2pm on Saturday. Called and they made an appointment for 2:30 -6:30. Then Jose called & said he’d be there in 20 minutes. Got here at 2:50. Looked the door over, gave the estimate, we said OK. He replaced the spring, cables, plastic things that travel up & down. Fixed the track that was dented (we thought beyond repair) and assorted other parts. We paid him and he was on his way at 4:15!!! Their commercial is no BS. Saved the day. Thank you so much. The thing I liked best was a less than 1 minute wait time on the phone before getting through. Then the appointment was next day, the fellow showed up within the window, and fixed the problem for a reasonable price right then and there. He even had a second opener to replace one that I've lost.

We recently had repair work performed by Travis and a trainee. He worked closely with the trainee to diagnose the problem and explain the issue with me. He gave me different options and based on the timing of the last repair/replacement, we decided to fix what was broken and also replace the spring and rollers. Even though it was quite expensive, I feel that my garage door will be in great shape for many years. I really appreciate honest, high quality workmanship which I felt I received. Travis was able to come out the same day and even show up early.

Thirty minutes after my holiday guests left, as a winter rain storm approached, I noticed that my garage door would not close. With my long-time home improvement contractor away for the holidays, I was left on my own. I remembered the Precision name as the source of my garage door some years ago, so I called and amazingly, got a same day appointment. My technician, Antonio, arrived at 7:30pm. I was thrilled - at least he could help me manually get my door closed to keep the rain out (LOL)! But Antonio did a lot more than that! He assessed the situation, explaining everything to me in clear, understandable terms, and upon my ok, he worked the details to solve my problem. Although my situation was not a simple fix, Antonio got it ALL done - and told me what I need to do going forward to make sure my garage door continues to function well. Problem solved! Patrick Leahy was great. Quickly looked at all the moving parts of my garage door and determined there was more than 1 problem with my 22 year old door and opener. He explained everything and showed me the problems. Within 3 hours he replaced the opener, the coils and the springs and fully lubricated the rails and hinges. His trainee Raoul was really good too. Super impressed with both of them. They were very friendly and patient as I asked several questions while they were here. I am so happy with my door now, way less noisy and really smooth as it goes up and down. I also really like that Precision answered their phone late on Friday night of Christmas weekend and the techs came first thing Monday morning. Strongly recommend Patrick and Raoul and Precision.

My wife is a Realtor for Legacy Real Estate & Associates in Fremont. She has used Precision in he past for her customers who are very happy with the results. Our situation is that the main strong broke Thursday night before Christmas Holiday. Friday morning when I discovered our situation I thought...this is great. i won't be able to get somebody out until after the long holiday weekend. As a result I called Precision Garage Door and explained our situation and urgency. I was put on hold and after a few minutes I was told they were able to move another customer appt. in order to get our's done yesterday. 30 minutes later James arrived. He inspected our equipment and gave three options for repairing our door within 15 minutes. We accepted one of their proposals and the work started. 90 minutes later James had finished and his work was great. Yeah. These people are crooks. My 80 year old mother with dementia called them to reprogram her garage door openers. A job that takes about 30 seconds for each door opener, she had two. They charged her over $200 to do this! Do not use these crooks. They take advantage of old people with dementia. Very rude.

Our garage door spring broke unexpectedly late at night, but Precision not only answered the call, they also got someone to repair it for that very morning.
