We called Precision Door Service to fix a broken vibration isolator attached to one of our garage door motors after 6-months of installation. The garage motor was hanging on to a single bolt! The garage door repairman was Alex and he fixed the issue in about 40 minutes! He did an excellent job in removing those vibration isolators and securing my garage door motors without those things. Even after removing them, the garage doors still function quietly (as they are fairly new). Thank you very much for your help, Alex! While the concept is nice in reducing the vibration and noise with those vibration isolators, the materials in those things can be made cheap and weak. They are rubbers that can break apart which can be safety hazard and liability especially if those are the only things securing the garage motor.

Dishonest and rip off. I found this from diamond certified and saw the website claim the company ensure for the door operating as long as I own the property. So I called and ask for spring replacement which I'm told for only $250. However technician came out and quote me on several options ranging from $900+ (1 year warranty) to $1800+ (3 years warranty). He told me to replace other parts which he think should be replaced in order for the spring to operate properly. After talking to several other companies the quotes are from $500 to $900. They told me other parts are still fine and one even offer me lifetime warranty for a premium quality of spring brand.

We are thrilled with our new unit. The tech really worked hard, and putting in a new motor wasn't easy. He was very patient when he had to show me how the new unit worked. Our only serious concern was that our door failed on a Sunday night, anon one could come out or even explain how to close the door to keep out trespassers.

Precison garage door showed up at my house within an hour after i called them. I think that the doors worked as well or better than when they were new. They had all of the parts on their truck. I will probably get 2 new motors soon but i wanted the doors fixed first. They even had parts for strengthening my old door. I was very impressed. They did not just replace the broker part and leave. They made my doors like new doors.

i had a new liftmaster garage door opener system installed in 2006 and have never had a problem with it. with the excessive rain recently, however, some rainwater leaked through what is a new garage roof ( installed last spring, but inadequately done which is a whole other issue i have with a roofing company ) ... the water apparently affected the electrical circuit box for the liftmaster mechanism and it would no longer work ... my garage door would not open and as there is no inside access it was a big problem ... i called the liftmaster service number and based on my zip code i was referred to precision garage door service ... they were able to send a very capable young man named tony to my place the same day even though it was a monday national holiday ... tony stood on a ladder and eventually manuevered a coat hangar wire through a very tiny opening at the top of the door so he would be able to access the emergency release handle and open the door ... once inside he determined right away that the mechanism was affected by the leaking water and for an immediate short term fix rerouted the electricity using an extension cord to another electrical outlet on the garage wall ... he was very knowledgeable about everything and explained a possible option for a long term solution regarding relocating part of the electrical system for the mechanism ... of course ideally the new garage roof should not leak at all but that is another issue to take up with the roofing company ! many thanks to tony and precision garage for solving the immediate problem so quickly for me ... i really appreciated the expertise and the service !

I was very impressed with the quick response and professionalism in fixing my garage door which would reverse immediately after touching the floor so I couldn't close it. The installers came out the same weekend day I called for help. Worn cables and rollers were replaced by friendly technicians. Now my garage door works like new and is much quieter. Your company came out and tried to charge me $1549,00 to change my springs cables and rollers according to your man were no good . Not to mention you charged me $70.00 for a service call Had another company come out installed new springs , cables No new rollers as they were fine $650.00 dollars total No service fee You seriously need to rethink your pricing and acessment of people’s doors Horrible I will never use your company again You should refund my money
