My garage door was creaking and seemed to be out of alignment. James W. came out immediately and inspected the problem. He gave me a written review of what was critically needed for the problem and suggestions for overall improvements. He was very adept and professional and my garage was spotless when he left. I couldn't be more happy.

The best customer service. From the moment a technician was assigned, the technician gave us a call notifying he will be arriving in 20 mins. He promptly arrived, explained everything clearly and patiently answered my questions. He further explained the pros and cons of replacing vs fixing the motor. And all the 3 hrs he was in the property fixing the garage, he promptly updated us about the length of time it's going to take. Overall, this is one of the best customer service we ever had. Coming home from shopping at 7:30PM, I heard a loud bang and discovered my garage door won't open. I called Precision Door Service at about 8 PM and was able to talk to a live person who was very pleasant and helpful, not an answering machine. He arranged a technician to come the following morning between 8:00 and Noon. At around 9:30AM, James W. was at my door to repair the garage door. He was professional, communicated his findings, made recommendations, and was very efficient and knowledgeable as he completed the work in a little over a hour. I am satisfied and confident that I have a garage door that is almost as good as new. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and James W.

Gary arrived at 8:15am on a Sunday morning and had completely fixed a broken mainspring and replaced all the bearings in our broken garage door by 10am. Amazing service. Service was fast and repair tech on sight in an hour and completed work in less than an hour. However, $1,100 for under an hours work and for what I thought was just a broken spring seems a bit steep. Not sure if I really needed all new wheels, cables or whatever else was changed. Kinda feels like I was taken for a ride.

The service that Paul gave to me was great! He called ahead, was on time, determined the cause of the breakdown, and resolved the problem in record time. He took the time to explain exactly what caused the problem. He also let me know of other parts that may need replacing sometime in the future. All in all, there was no pressure to purchase, only information for me going forward. It was a refreshingly pleasant experience.

Saw ad in Contra Costa Times the day my garage door broke. Called about 9:00, was told they would be there by 12:00 and 4:00. He arrived at 1:00, repaired door, was knowledgeable and curtious , would recommend them and use them again.

Technician Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful. Initially I called for service due to a broken tension spring. After careful inspection he found numerous other items needing repair such as tension cables rollers and pulleys. After looking at each part in question I had no reservation about authorizing additional repairs. Yes it was expensive but I have much greater peace of mind knowing my garage door and opener will perform at top level for years to come.

Your advertisement of being able to fix it in one day impressed me. As for today, the repairman was on time and very professional and fixed it quite quickly. Not happy about the price, but not much I can do about that.
