Got home late last night to a garage door that did not open. I had just replaced the opener myself, but it looked like a broken spring. Went online to Precision Garage Door, and the next morning, our tech Sheridan Abad showed up around 9:30 am. He confirmed my broken spring, but also pointed out the wheels and bearings were worn and failing. He gave me some options and prices, and we agreed to do the work. An hour or so later, Sheridan was done. Showed me the failed pieces, explained maintenance, and was on his way. Well worth the cost; fixed professionally and efficiently in less than a day. Precision Garage Door has serviced my door previously so it was natural to contact them for the new repair, this past Saturday. I was surprised to get a Saturday appointment in fact. The technician phoned to say he was enroute, arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable, performed all the necessary repairs! My repair needed new springs, brackets, and cables. I was happy with the work and will refer Precision to anyone needing garage services. I should say that given all the increases in cost of everything else these days, garage repair is no inexpensive undertaking.

Precision installed my garage door and opener 4 years ago. I have had a few problems with it, however, I do credit the service given to me for repairs. 10/25/24 Precision repair Martin 16 x 8 door with Lift Master. Problem door opens 2 feet stops if you close it and opens again it goes full open. Also when disconnect from LM door is way to heavy to lift by hand. Precision Tech troubleshoots finds wrong weight torsion springs and not Martin springs. Correct torsion srings installed. Also replace worn bearing and track rollers. Door works correctly with Lift Master and by hand. Approx time 2 hours fair price same day. Very impressed with Tech. I do DIY stuff but would never figured wrong lifting weight torsion springs. Tech did an excellent job.

Our overall experience was outstanding! Booking was easy and Rodney called prior to arrival for the scheduled date/time booked to confirm his arrival within 30 minutes. Upon arrival, he inspected, provided options and he was super helpful with a recommendation that would repair and set us up with a door that performed better than it ever had since we moved to our home 15 years ago.
