Called at 10:30 and Rep arrived at 1:00pm to address our issue. Spent a bit more than what I initially thought we would spend but in the end it probably made sense to update our system as it was a bit old. Jerry was very friendly and did a quality job. He was very good at explaining what he was doing and why. Very courteous and professional.

Fairly unhappy! You say you offer a senior discount being 72 it was not offered. Precision had originally installed the unit, I was told the system was not powerful enough and I needed a different one, I passed on it. He said the sensor was bad and recommended replacement of wire with sensor. Retail cost of both parts is about 50 dollars, less on Amazon. It took 15 min. to install and the total charge was 380 dollars. I felt taken advantage of.

The Tech was not wearing a mask when he came to my home. I did not receive a check list of what was inspected for my records. i felt the service charge was to high for the service given. i felt the company should have ordered the part needed for me to in stall, so it would be the correct part. That would have been a better service best practice.

Our technician was Sheridan. He was a class act from minute one. Answered all my questions. Made excellent and thoughtful recommendations. Was meticulous in the performance of his work. Imagine my surprise when I couldn't open my garage door and get my car out. I called them and explained my situation. That day, Paul Brinkman, their technician, was at my house with all the supplies he needed, gave me three options for the repair, and he explained them well. Two hours later, the garage door was fixed! I would definitely call them again

Josh was friendly and veray professional He worked quickly and repaired the garage door springs and also suggested other repairs to make the door safer. I had dealt with Contra Costa Door for over 20 years for maintenance / service - when I really needed them, their emergency response was 48-72 hours before I may hear back. Precision answered immediately and a technician (Phillip) was out within one hour (Saturday early evening) - he was very professional and handled the problem in short order. Super pleased.

Upon discovering our garage door spring had broken and hoping to get same day service, we found the ad for Precision online. Noticing their numerous 5 star reviews and diamond certified rating, we decided to call them. From our call to schedule an appointment, to the last minute of repair work, we could not have been more pleased with their service. We were able to get an appointment for later that afternoon, & received a call from technician Josh Kinder telling us what time he would be at our home. Upon arrival, he explained what needed to be done to fix our door. We chose to replace the spring on the other door as well, and replace plates, cables and drums to keep both doors working well for the future. Josh could not have been more professional and pleasant, and did a great job leaving the garage clean. We would highly recommend Precision to our family and friends.

Sheridan was the Technician that serviced my door which turned out to just need some lubrications. He was here about 20 minutes and solved the problem, however, I asked for a senior discount and he said he already gave me a discount on the service charge. I was told that fee would automatically be discounted if repairs were made. $224.00 seems excessive for the service.

Tim was my tech. He listened to my explanation of the issues I have with the garage door opener and then did an inspection of the garage door itself, including springs and bearings, the tracks and virtually everything else to determine the best course of action. After we discussed his findings and my concerns, I decided to replace the opener, springs and bearing and basically tune up my door. Tim did an outstanding job, letting me know what he was going to do and then making sure that all work was done precisely and completely. I could not be happier!

My garage door was not operating correctly or consistently. I received a Precision door service advertising in the Sunday paper. I came to the conclusion that i needed to correct the problem once and for all . I checked the internet and other reviews and was pleased what I read. The service man ,Alex,was prompt, and right on time . Alex determined the problem and gave me a quote for same day service . He had all the parts needed on his Truck!! He was very efficient and thorough. I would recommend Precision Door Service.

Paul Brinkman did a great job. He came out today, June 27, 2020, to fix my garage door that stopped working after recent power outage. He efficiently analyzed and solved the issue and my door is working again. He acted in a very professional manner and it was a very good experience working with him. 5 stars out of 5 stars.
