The repair consisted of replacing the J arm connecting the trolley to the door. Apparently, the technician did not check the operation of the door after completion of the repair, which I consider a serious breach of responsibility. When I operated the door after the technician left, I found the trolley hitting the motor. Now I am forced to operate the door manually.

Willing and able to help install custom garage doors that I fabricated myself. James was great at problem solving some of the technical issues that came about due to custom door construction. Excellent and thorough. I called originally for a broken spring and Sheridan found a few more things that I hadn't noticed and would eventually impact the door operation. Sheridan did a great job of explaining why all of these items should be replaced and the impact of not replacing them. Yes, it cost a bit more than I had initially expected but fixing all the issues now will mean I will have a worry free door for many years to come.

I am glad to report that it was fast, efficient, neat (no mess left behind) and informative (he explained the system in easy terms and demonstrated all the "bells and whistles". Great professional. My garage door began to fail during the 4th of July weekend. Afterwards, there was a fire alert and mandatory evacuation of my neighborhood. My family left the house forgot the house keys and were only able to enter through the garage door. I had Overhead Garage Doors of Stockton install an insulated garage door over a year ago. In all, including the installation, three service calls. I made calls to OGDS the same month of installation to fix the banging noise that the door made when opening. Each time the noise was still there after the same installer arrived. I put up with the noise until today… I called Precision Door Eastbay and Danny Yang arrived the day of the call, on time and solved the cause of the noise OGDS failed to fix in the two recalls for service I made about the noise. Precision Door will be my go-to garage door service provider from now on. Thanks again Danny, your attention to detail is much appreciated. The door makes no banging noise and is a quiet operation each time its operated.

I had an old garage door replaced by Precision Garage Door. Both Al, the estimator and Solomon, the technician , were very professional when they came to the house. The office staff I spoke with was friendly. Solomon, the technician, demonstrated expertise on the install and had it all done in less time than I thought he would. Not only does my new garage door look beautiful, but it is perfectly sealed all around. I only wish I had called sooner to do the job. Thank you to the team at Precision Garage Door that stalled my garage door.
