No you did not meet my expectations with Travis this time, Travis replaced the rollers when he was here before, but the rollers need to be adjusted, something is pulling the wood from around the garage door frame. Travis said the rollers were in their place and could not see anything wrong, he could not fix what he could not see, clearly there is something going on. Other that that I am still happy with precision.

No wasted time waiting and wondering. He quickly determined the best opener and other repairs to get the door working as it should. Very happy with the work done by Precision. I was even happier to have their technician arrive within 2 hours after contacting them. You feel "trapped" when you can't get out of your garage because of a broken spring. The work was done within an hour and a half and while it may have cost more than what I expected it has been quite some time since the last time I had to replace the springs so I think the cost was well worth the price. Travis and Ahmed were great! Our garage went haywire on an early Friday morning, around 7:30am. I googled, found Precision, called and had a same day appointment scheduled by 7:48am. Our wonderful technician, Travis, was here by 8:37am and our garage door was repaired by 9:45am. There was a bunch that needed to be done, new bracket, cables and springs! Thank you Travis!
