ou’re service guy that came to my place was awesome and honest. Your operator that picked the phone up was nice but I feel like I was lied to. I SPECIFICALY asked the price for a new opener ( the motor) as well as installation. I also asked how much it would cost to repair. I was TOLD $495 plus a discounted service call fee of $25. “ that’s it?” “ yes”. So for installation and repair of the door and the unit it’s $515 plus tax. Yea no. I spend over $515 for the repair and your tech told me it would be another $800 for a new unit and installation ( motor, drive rail, sensor eye and control). So in the end I went from expecting to spend just over $500 but in reality it would have cost me about $1400. I didn’t buy the new unit because of the “ missinfomation”. I would have had no problem spending that if I was originally quoted that. Thanks for the repair, he was good. Going to the next company for a replacement.

Thank you for your fast attention to my problem. The roll-up garage door had come off its tract due to an accident with my car and needed to be put back in place. I feel I was overcharged ($1549) for what I needed, but being under duress I paid it. The door spring was not broken but I could not certify when I last had them replaced I had to purchase new ones. All this said, I still thank you for being there when I needed the service.

Daniel Yang was our technician. He called ahead to let us know he was on his way which is always appreciated. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable about our door. We had a spring that broke, however Daniel Noticed that many of the wheels that lift the door were not rotating causing drag on the opener. He suggested replacing them which we did. Very happy with his service/repair although my husband didn’t like the grease marks that were left on the outside of the door! He still deserved 5 stars!! We had called Sunday afternoon and our appointment was Scheduled for the next day between 8-12 with Daniel arriving about 8:30 from Sacramento!!

We choose Precision because it is local and has great ratings. Our double garage door started making a screeching noise when it opened. We were able to get an appointment within less than 24 hours from our call. Jerry was our technician and he is flat out the best!!!!! He took the time to check all parts of the door that might be causing the problem. He has both great training and extensive experience. It was a pleasure to work with him. Our door works better and is quieter than it has ever been. Very happy to recommend you guys to others.

All the positive reviews and most all them are 5 stars. Can’t go wrong with a company that has that many 5-star reviews. Sheridan was the Precision Garage Door technician who performed the work on our door and he was awesome. He took the time to explain all related costs for the repairs and was very professional in his work and most important great customer service. (The Garage door owner tried to do his own repairs and he screwed it all up including breaking the motor beyond repair) Called Precision Garage Door and made an appointment for the next day. Services performed; Door Motor replacement, Door Spring, sensors and door hardware. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the repair work and the garage door works better than it did originally.
