Sheridan with Precision Garage Door is our hero! He came out earlier to get started and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He answered my questions thoroughly and discussed options. I felt this helped me to make informed decisions that resulted in a very good experience. After he was done, the door worked perfectly, was much quieter, and the price was very reasonable for the work done. Joel Jaimez arrived today, coming in from San Jose, which is hell on any Friday. Had our 20+ year garage openers working in 5 minutes. And, he could have told us we needed to spend money on the existing systems in place—BUT HE DID NOT DO THAT!! We were SO IMPRESSED at his honesty that we decided it was time to replace both of our antiquated and noisy openers! In less than 3 hours he had installed both NEW systems, which were NOT noisy at all, and programmed both openers!! He also programmed my husbands Porsche to open the garage!! We will definitely use Precision to replace our garage doors very soon! Than you Joel!!

The spring broke as we have a 6yr old home and they used the cheapest spring system for our garage door and we called for a consultation and the fixed and replaced our spring the same day and got us a good deal . The tech was so knowledgeable and helpful.

Qualfied, helpful, yet be aware of the first estimte vs actuals replacing your garage door opener, then comes the door spring, then the bearings that go bad, then getting two remotes. The install tech carefully inspects and finds everything that needs replacement. If the initail rough estimate over the first call in changes once the tech gets out there - be aware. The R&R tech we had was solid. Works really good now.
