I am over pleased with my service from Paul brinkman! I called on a Saturday and was given a same day appointment for my faulty garage door. Paul call to give me an ETA. He showed up promptly. I showed him the door and had a prognosis and estimate within 5 minutes! He knows his job! He was an expert and did a great job in a timely manner! Another garage door company told me I needed a completely new door! I just purchased the home and didn’t want the expense! I’m am pleased and thrilled that Paul found my problem and made my life much easier! Thank you Precision and big Thanks to Paul!

Our garage door was jammed and would not close. Precision has always serviced our garage doors throughout the years. We called, and they answered with an estimated ETA between 4-8 pm. Our Technician, Sheridan Abad was fantastic; he called to announce his arrival in 10mins., and arrived at 5:45 pm; on time. James W. came out as scheduled after a courtesy call saying on his way. He immediately diagnosed the problem with our garage door - broken spring and sheared bracket, gave us an estimate and immediately began work which he completed in about an hour. He was very friendly and professional. Door seems to be working very smoothly now. We will definitely us Precision again if we have any other issues. Just an FYI, we had another company come out and look at our door the previous day. They said it couldn't be repaired and we would need a new door. So glad we decided to get a second opinion with Precision.

I'll start off by stating that the service was excellent. Sheridan came on time and finished very quickly. Scheduling was o.k. (agent stated 4 - 8pm; email stated 9 -11am which was incorrect). Other than that the scheduling process was easy. I was taken aback by the cost of the parts! I do not mind paying double retail due to convenience and I understand the technician having to carry inventory on his truck but the cost of the parts was surprising.

Outstanding service. Technician Travis Behn arrived really fast (15 minutes after call!). He was personable, knowledgeable and competent. My garage door broke again. James came back and we discussed the condition of my aging door motor. I decided to get the new LiftMaster motor with a belt drive not chain. He did lots of work and repairs to the door all while training a new guy. I am so happy with it. It’s quite and even has a motion detector light to brighten my garage. I want James to come back every year to maintain it, he is the best!
