Sheridan Abad of Precision Garage Door of Bay Area is a consumate professional. My sister had a misfunctioning door that wouldn't close as needed, and Sheridan solved the problem quickly and efficiently. He is extremely meticulous and tremendously knowledgeable in all facets of his field. He is very polite and has a good sense of humor. He explained each step of the process with enthusiasm and zeal. My sister and I were very fortunate to have Sheridan repair the garage door. It turned out that the bearings on all the rollers were shot, and the original torsion spring system was single. Sheridan installed dual springs to the rear torsion system. He explained that a single spring was old school. Now there is equal distribution of torsion; and with replacing all the rollers, wires, appropriate hardware the wooden door now glides with ease and my sister is quite pleased & delighted and now has peace of mind. I told Sheridan that he looked like he was dancing as he repaired the garage door. He said he repairs all his customers garage doors with the same care and precision as he would on his own garage door. I would recommend Sheridan Abad to get the job done expertly and efficiently.
