I scheduled an appointment with Precision Garage Door because my garage door wasn't closing smoothly and was bowing. They come to give a free estimate so I scheduled a same day appointment and Sheridan arrived within a couple hours. Sheridan looked at my garage and within minutes knew exactly what my issue was. He gave me 2 options to resolve my problem and we agreed to complete the service that day. Sheridan had all the needed parts in his truck and he was able to complete the job in a couple hours. Garage closes buttery smooth now and I'll be calling Sheridan for all my future garage door needs.

The experience with Carlos Yow Chamorro from Precision Garage Door of Bay Area was amazing. He was incredibly professional, calling ahead and arriving right on time for the appointment. After a previous bad experience with another company, Carlos was a breath of fresh air. He took the time to do a complete check-up on the garage door system, explaining in a way that was easy to understand that the rollers and springs were the problem. He gave great suggestions about replacing the openers as well, and we decided to go for the full upgrade. The installation was seamless, and Carlos went above and beyond by showing how to use all the new features and even teaching our son the power outage safety steps. He's clearly a master of his craft. If garage door service is needed, ask for Carlos—you won't be disappointed.

Precision did a great job throughout the process from the quote all the way to the installation. Their quote was very competitive but when you looked at the quality of the hardware they included, their quote was far superior to others. In addition, they did a great job scheduling given the tight window I had to be there for the install of the 2 complete doors and openers. Their installer, Moises was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful in getting us acquainted with the new systems. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing garage door services.

I don’t know where they got so many positive review, this is a money scam company, they charge me for a “Torsion cable for 7' door” for $329 which can get from home depot for $15 dollars, and for less than one hour job they charge me $2214 for a garage door repair, for the same price I can get a brand new door replacement! And when the guy tell me the price on the phone was so unclear make me misunderstand the pricing, when I ask them send me a quote before they do that, they said they cannot, the whole service make me feel like I got rip off, wound not recommend their service!

The Technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Communication with the company was also thorough and appreciated; they sent thru email and text pictures of the Technicians that we were to deal with before they appeared at our door. Sheridan came in and changed my garage door spring and updated the Lift Master programming with the assistance of LM’s main office. I believe Precision’s price is overpriced for the work accomplished, especially for seniors with limited income. Sheridan was professional, and I appreciated his assistance.

Knowledgeable and thorough. highly recommend. we had someone come previously who put in a spring 90 pounds under the weight of the door. the spring snapped and could easily have hurt someone. Precision came out, weighed the garage door and provided a spring capable of supporting as well as fixed many minor problems. 10 out of 10
