Emergency service resolved same day on an unexpected situation, and the team was able to address it with in a few hours. Pricing hard to gauge, but that wasn't my intention. We just needed a problem resolved and they were compassionate and quick to resolve it. Quality, timing handled with white-glove customer service - what more can you ask?

We recently purchased three new residential garage doors and openers from Precision and they were installed today. When I initially contacted them, Kip got back to me quickly and set an appointment. He showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. We chose the doors and openers we wanted and received an immediate quote which was also emailed to me before Kip left. I then obtained two additional quotes from other companies. The Precision quote was similar to my lowest quote but Kip’s professionalism made the difference. The doors and openers were installed today by Moises and Gabriel. They worked quickly and efficiently. Both were knowledgeable and friendly. Once the installation was finished they went over everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions. They disposed of our old doors and openers and cleaned up all the packing materials and debris. We could not have asked for anymore from the three gentleman who took care of our purchase and installation. I highly recommend each of them.

The Precision Garage Door repairman (Patrick) came during my requested appointment time, carefully assessed my primary issue and pointed several needed repairs based on a 40 year old garage door opener. Three helpful options were provided based on budget and warranty. The decision for which way to proceed was left to me without any pressure from the repairman. The repair was completed within the anticipated time frame on the same day. The repairman kept me appraised of the progress and one unanticipated safety issue which was also addressed. Everything works fine now and I am very satisfied with the finished work and the pricing.

Still waiting for a call from the office regarding concerns of our garage. When we got our garage installed. There was concern regarding the upper pannel(where the windows are) isn’t even with the rest of the door. Also our first installer that put up the garage informed us to us the handle to shut the door closed which we felt could cut our hand

Precision Garage Door did an amazing job for me. The guy came out same day and on time. He showed me the problems with my door, gave me the costs, which were about what I had expected, and set to fixing the door then and there. He gave me some good info about future care for the door, demonstrated its new working code etc., gave me the bill, which I paid, and off he went. Very nice, knowledgeable and competent guy. I highly recommend them! Oops. Slight glitch. The code for our gate, which he transferred to the new remote on the garage, is not working, and my call to them has not been answered.

Had a great experience! We needed repairs to the garage at the home of my 90 year old mother. They were able to give us same day comprehensive estimates with 3 different price point options. Essentially a band-aid repair to fix the immediate problem as inexpensively as possible. A second midrange repair and a third complete repair. I ask if they come today and they did. about half hour later Jose called and will be at house in 10 minutes. My only issue is the garage door makes an inordinate amount of noise during its operation. I'm seriously considering calling you back out to remedy the situation.
