Technician Antonio M. had our door running like new by the time he was done! Our door broke at night so we contacted Precision that night and the customer service rep was responsive and understanding, and got us scheduled for the next day. By 9:30 the next morning, Antonio let us know he was on the way. First and since it was a priority to get cars out of the garage, he got the door to open after our manual attempts failed. Then he took care of replacing broken & old springs along with some other aged parts in a timely and professional manner. Definitely recommend Precision. Very happy with their service.

The work was very professional. He replaced the motor, installed a longer rod, serviced the rollers and advised me that the springs may needed to be replaced in the future. When finished with installation, he explained the new equipment and cleaned up.

I received a garage door consultation and found that my door had to be special ordered due to its size. The consultant let me know that it would take about 4 weeks then someone from the company would call to let me know it arrived and schedule my appointment. The appointment was eventually made and the door installed. The entire process took about two months total. The door looks great and it’s very quiet compared to my old door. I would recommend this company

My garage door recently stopped working, and although I originally planned to call Precision, I decided to look for cheaper options first. I scheduled appointments with two companies that appeared reputable on Google, but both ended up being major disappointments. One of them performed a “temporary fix” that didn’t even last a full day. After digging deeper, I realized these companies likely weren’t legitimate or licensed—something that, unfortunately, seems common in the garage door industry. After wasting time and money, I finally called Precision. They sent Carlos, who was extremely professional and performed a full inspection—something the other two companies never did. He walked me through what was wrong, provided clear proof of the issues, and gave me a detailed quote. I approved the work, and he completed everything perfectly, showing me the results afterward. The best part? Precision’s price was actually slightly lower than what those other companies were trying to charge for less work. Lesson learned: just because a company has a nice website and glowing Google reviews doesn’t make it legitimate. I would have saved myself a lot of hassle by calling Precision first. I’ll be using them for all my garage door needs going forward.
