We received a timely response. The service technician, Paul Brinkman, arrived earlier than the original appointment, and made sure to contact us to let us know he was coming. Travis was our technician. He did an outstanding job of explaining the problems we had with our current garage door opener and the benefits of going with a newer model. Since our opener was about 10 years old and was starting to have problems we decided to replace it. Travis did a replacement and set us all up connecting to the new system. We are very pleased with the whole process and with Travis.

Precision took my call right away and offered to have a tech come out same-day to repair my garage door. Antonio showed up on time, was courteous, professional, and friendly. He clearly knew what he was doing and explained everything to me as he replaced parts and fixed my door. It was not cheap, but the saying "you get what you pay for" exists for a reason. Great work ... and even better customer service.

Very happy with the work done by Precision. I was even happier to have their technician arrive within 2 hours after contacting them. You feel "trapped" when you can't get out of your garage because of a broken spring. The work was done within an hour and a half and while it may have cost more than what I expected it has been quite some time since the last time I had to replace the springs so I think the cost was well worth the price. Thanks for the excellent service and quick response.

Travis and Ahmed were great! Our garage went haywire on an early Friday morning, around 7:30am. I googled, found Precision, called and had a same day appointment scheduled by 7:48am. Our wonderful technician, Travis, was here by 8:37am and our garage door was repaired by 9:45am. There was a bunch that needed to be done, new bracket, cables and springs! Thank you Travis! If we have any future garage door issues, we know to call Precision, we’re lifetime customers now! With Precision, you’re in good hands!

After seeing your advertisement in the East Bay Times, I called and spoke with 2 very helpful people who assigned Paulina to come to fix my very broken garage door. Within 4 hours of my call, he was there. Very knowledgeable, very efficient, realized at once what the problem was and fixed it! I was very pleased with the process from first call to completion of the project. Mario called about 25 minutes before he arrived, so I was ready for him to begin his assessment. No wasted time waiting and wondering. He quickly determined the best opener and other repairs to get the door working as it should. I had a few questions about the new system which he answered clearly and politely. Mario assisted with setting up the car openers which was appreciated. Very happy with this experience in general.
