Travis was running late with the customer before me so he called to let me know the situation and then arrived when he said he would. I needed a lot of work on my garage door, new springs, new cables, a couple of new hinges, etc.. Travis explained everything and although the price was a surprise I had him do the work. Travis did an outstanding job.

Had a broken spring and needed same day service. Called at 6am on a Saturday and talked to a live operator. She got an appointment for 10am, that was awesome. Travis was my technician and he really knew his stuff. My garage opener was 20 years old. Travis replaced everything from the springs to a new opener. Loved the service and will recommend. Brandon Taylor is the type of technician I want whenever I need a professional: high integrity, genuine, honest and skilled. He goes above and beyond to help customers become aware of what our part is in maintaining our equipment and how little time, effort and product it takes to extend the life of our garage doors and openers. He demonstrates how to lubricate the rollers, springs, hinges and tubes. Shows us what spray to buy and use. I'm all for saving money and extending the life of all equipment, especially high cost items. Today I proactively replaced the original chain driven 1/3 hp (home builder -cheap!) garage opener because it was 10 years old and noisy. It was slow, as well. I researched and chose a "belt" driven model and swapped out the rail wheels (which were being dragged) for new rollers. I find it better to assess all aspects of the garage door and opener to maintain correct alignment and increased longevity. Brandon explained how the remote and control pad worked. He also programmed my vehicle with the new garage opener. He's really talented and wants to do his best always for the customer. He's the type of person you'd want the next time if assistance is needed. Brandon and Precision's phone/website are in my phone contact list! I practice proactive management -buy quality, good workmanship and see the value pay off long term. I did my research and I lucked out choosing Precision!

Travis Behn was very knowledgeable, thorough and polite. He surveyed the garage door and explained what would have to be repaired/replaced. He was very efficient while working. The tech came to my house is for the money only. He came didn’t do anything I was complaining my GARADGE door not closing it open but cannot closed, all he does is stood by the censor and let me push the bottom on the wall and he said nothing wrong with it, so I ask him so your not gonna do anything I alredy told him that is not closing and he said I need a new GARADGE so basically he just came there to collect the money for him to come to my house, and try sell me a new GARADGE which skyrocket prices. He was gonna charge me almost 1,700 for just a new motor that you can buy at Home Depot for 240. Insane I wish I got his name as soon as I see him I just knew he no good, I use precision GARADGE before I have a good guy fix the problem without hesitate problem solve. But one employee that is not doing a good job will pull the business down.

Precision presented itself as a professional business on its website and again when I called and talk to a representative who was courteous and helpful in setting up an earliest as possible appointment. Paul, the repairman who came to our house, was very knowledgeable. He spotted problems with our garage door that were about to get worse.The price he quoted was reasonable and he did the work efficiently and explained everything he was doing and why. A real good comfy all around.

We needed our opener replaced. The existing opened was only 18/19 years old. Our installer, James, fully explained my options for a new opener and quoted a price and instal time. Once he completed the job, He explained the what he did, showed me all the new equipment, and fully explained the operation of the new opener. JaMes was friendly and professional. I called at 7:30am on a Friday morning. Alyssa answered the phone, and scheduled an appointment window from 8am-noon the same day. The technician, Paul, called at 9:30am to say he would be there by 10am. He showed up on time, created a detailed quote for the repairs needed. He said it would take about 90 minutes to fix. Ninety minutes later, he finished the job and provided me a complete printed invoice for my records. The garage door is back in service.

Excellent experience! The technician installing the door and opener was friendly, courteous, and on time (that's important)! Very good work, programmed all of the remotes and reviewed how the door operates. And the product is very impressive too. Highly recommend these guys!
