My old garage door was making a lot of noise upon opening and I thought might need a new one. James came out and looked at it and told me I just needed new rollers, springs, and hinges. This saved me at least $2000 dollars over buying a new door. The door now opens just like new. Could not be happier. James was extremely pleasant and provided me various options with no pressure to buy a new door. When I do need a new door, I will purchase it from Precision Garage Door. I called Precision Garage Door Service again today because the door would continually stop part way down and reopen. Within an hour and a half Bachir Gharbi arrived, checked everything out and found nothing wrong with the door itself. It turned out that the problem was with my 15 year old door opener. Bachir explained options for a new motor and installed the motor I chose within a couple of hours. The door works beautifully now. Bachir was very professional, fully explained what he was doing, and had a great personality. I could not be more pleased with the service I received.

The top roller on the garage door kept popping out of the tracks. When TJ arrived, I explained what the problem was. After a few minutes he explained to me what was happening came back with a solution. Right away he also noticed cracks on some of the hinges and replaced them as well. I like it that TJ took his time to explain the problems I had with the garage door. He also gave me some helpful tips and what I can do as a homeowner to keep my garage door in good in good working condition. I am extremely satisfied with Precision Garage Door Service.

I had 2 very professional guys come out (I think one guy's name was Travis) to install a garage door opener, replacing a non-working one. Installation was smooth and I was shown how to maintain my garage door and the new opener. I was VERY surprised how quiet the opener was (chain-driven). Another plus was being able to control the opener via my iPhone so I don't need to leave a remote controller in the car. I would definitely recommend these guys!
