James W. came out as scheduled after a courtesy call saying on his way. He immediately diagnosed the problem with our garage door - broken spring and sheared bracket, gave us an estimate and immediately began work which he completed in about an hour. He was very friendly and professional. Door seems to be working very smoothly now. We will definitely us Precision again if we have any other issues. Just an FYI, we had another company come out and look at our door the previous day. They said it couldn't be repaired and we would need a new door. So glad we decided to get a second opinion with Precision.

The repair consisted of replacing the J arm connecting the trolley to the door. Apparently, the technician did not check the operation of the door after completion of the repair, which I consider a serious breach of responsibility. When I operated the door after the technician left, I found the trolley hitting the motor. Now I am forced to operate the door manually.

Trouble call made for service tech to address load vibration noise when closing garage door. James called with ETA which was within the four hour window. Spent 15-20 mins to realign one of the guide rails and the problem was fixed. Excellent customer service! Will do business again.

Sheridan was the Precision Garage Door technician who performed the work on our door and he was awesome. He took the time to explain all related costs for the repairs and was very professional in his work and most important great customer service. (The Garage door owner tried to do his own repairs and he screwed it all up including breaking the motor beyond repair) Called Precision Garage Door and made an appointment for the next day. Services performed; Door Motor replacement, Door Spring, sensors and door hardware. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the repair work and the garage door works better than it did originally. Paul called indicating about what time he would be at my home and said he would call again when he was on the road and how long it would take; which he did. The garage door needed better rollers which I authorized Paul to do. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I tested closing the garage door and am happy that it is now working properly.

Technician Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful. Initially I called for service due to a broken tension spring. After careful inspection he found numerous other items needing repair such as tension cables rollers and pulleys. After looking at each part in question I had no reservation about authorizing additional repairs. Yes it was expensive but I have much greater peace of mind knowing my garage door and opener will perform at top level for years to come.

Warning Warning, this company will pull a scam on you. I have already reported them to the Better Business Bureau. About two weeks ago I called Precision Garage door because my garage stopped working. Someone by the name Paulino showed up. He was very pleasant. He walked through the garage and immediately said that everything had to be changed and will cost $900.00. I told him that I was on Social Security Disability and can not afford that since I am on a fixed income. He went to his truck and sat there for about five minutes on the phone. He came back and told me that he could fix it for $770. I explained to him again that I could not afford that and I may have to wait or try to borrow money from friends. He also mentioned to me that the company who installed the garage door is not in business any longer which was a lie. He left and I contacted Ace's Garage Door Repair and Installation. Asher is the name of the person from the Ace's Garage and he said he had to change the limit switch. He had to order the part and came back in one week and fixed it and the garage works perfectly now. He also gave me the option of upgrading the Garage for $330. but I decided to not do that. I contacted the owner of Precision Garage and explained the scam his employee was trying to pull on me. He acted as if he had no clue and did not want me to report him to BBB.

Our garage door broken down yesterday, since I had the opener replaced by precision last year, I decided to call them again. I am happy with their service, the technician Jerry Parker is excellent. He call me before arrival, he explained to me what need to be replaced and done. He and his partner are very efficient. We find out the Spring was broken, he recommended me to replaced the cables, rollers, drum, loose bearing, end bearing plates. I decided to add the keypad at the end. It cost me but I got 5 year parts and one year labor warranty. Overall, they are professional and efficient.
