I am not happy with this service. Appointment was scheduled for the hours of 10-2. Paulinho showed up at 1:15 without calling first and just honked his horn He looked at the door and said “what did you do? He said it would be easy to fix and would cost $475 to get it to work or $1100 to do it right. He could not explain what he would to do to fix it. I need it to work so told him to fix it for the $475 price which by then was now $425. He fixed it in 20 minutes. $425 is a ridiculously high price for 20 minutes of work. I will not use this company again

I had called Precision Garage Door in Southern California to replace my mother’s door opener. The installer did a very good job so I called Precision here to replace my door and door opener. I was so relieved to speak with a live person on a Sunday AM, when our garage spring broke and, we were unable to manually unlock the door. A service appt was scheduled for a ho'day, Memorial Day. The technician was prompt, explained the options and proposal for parts replacement. The price was fair and workmanship great. The one year warranty is a plus.

James did a terrific job not only replaced the garage door springs, but inspected the bearings and rod and recommended replacements. Tightened the door hinge bolts and lubricated with silicone. Recommended to lubricate the hinges every six months with garage door silicone spray. A very professional efficient technician. Recommend using Precision.

I was happy that you guys came out on a weekend and the technician did a great job. Other than that I wasn't too happy. The quote I got over the phone vs. the actual cost was more than double. You forgot to mention $89.00 flat service fee on top of $175 for each door spring. I paid $469.00...that was crazy high. I had the option to refuse the service but would have been charged $49.00 without getting my spring fixed. Secondly, our appt was from 8am to 12. The technician showed up at 1pm. I've replaced my springs before and I paid $158.00. I should have waited till Monday.
