It was a bummer that the spring on my garage door broke and the opener then pulled away from the door when it tried to raise the door. The door is very heavy and I had to get my grandson who lives with us to help me get the door open, so we could get our vehicles out. A friend tried to fix the door, the next day, but that was not going so well. I called Precision because a neighbor recommended them. They took only a few hours to show up and the tech was very knowledgeable. He put on some new springs that were longer and more powerful and upgraded most of the hardware that needed to be replaced. James was very speedy and knew what he was doing. He lubricated the screw mechanism which made it more quieter. I am very happy with the repair and will recommend them to my neighbors and friends. This is my first experience with the company and I was a little surprised how smoothly it went. James D. Walker was my tech. Try to ask for him. He knows how to fix garage doors. It is better than when it was new. He took about one hour to do the repair. Stay Safe

Diamond certified and positive yelp reviews my selection factors for Precision. 25 year door in great shape (use 4-6 times daily) needed new components (springs, rollers, drums, cables, bottom weather stripping, brackets). Jerry explained service options in detail and showed parts to be used. He did very professional installation, attention to detail.

Our garage door broke today. We were fortunate that Precision Door was available to help. Sheridan, our technician, was exceptional. He showed up for our appointment much earlier than anticipated. He explained the problem with the door and what he would need to do to repair it. He was very professional and honest about what we would need and not need. He did an amazing job. 5+stars. I'd been having issues with my garage door not closing sometimes, finally was tired of dealing with it and called Precision Door on a Monday morning. That afternoon they sent out technician Paul B. and he was great!. He assessed everything, took his time explaining and showing me the issues that were most likely causing my problem. He quoted me 3 different options. I felt no pressure to hurry up and make a decision or about which option I choose. Once I made my decision I was very happy to learn he had everything he needed on his truck to complete the job. Within a few hours I had a garage door that closed & was working better than ever. My garage door opened failed. A friend recommended Precision Garage Door, so I gave them a call at 6:00 PM on a Saturday evening. They answered on the first ring and dispatched Sheridan Abad to my home at 11:00 AM Sunday morning. One of my decades-old garage door openers was making a horrible gear-grinding sound. Sheridan quickly diagnosed the problem, clearly communicated what was happening, and provided me with some good options. For me, reliability is paramount, so I had him replace the opener with a new LiftMaster. It's a quiet belt-driven unit with a battery backup. Now I can even open the door when the power is out. The unit also offers some cool features if you connect it to your Wi-Fi. Sheridan also replaced the door's old squeaky rollers and bearings. The operation is now silky smooth. I was impressed that Sheridan had a fully stocked vehicle with all the necessary spare parts. Getting this problem fully resolved in just one trip is a huge plus for me. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for their professionalism, knowledge, and responsiveness. It was a wonderful experience.

I had called Precision about 2 years ago when the spring broke and they came out to replace it on a Sunday - yeah. I recently called again when the door was failing to go down all the way and Paul Brinkman came out. He explained that he could adjust it - which he did and the door went all the way down - or I could replace the opener. I decided to replace it as it was probably 25 years old and probably had seen its day. I just thought that worked problem free for 25 years and had seen its day.

My experience with Precision Doors was great! I liked that they came very highly rated, good reviews, and understood the trepidation of having others come to your home during a unprecedented time. (Covid) All of the service reps were professional, on time and no hiccups! (all wore masks too) I ordered a basic door, and it was installed less than 3 weeks later and within 3 hours.

Josh, my repairman, arrived within 4 hours afer I called in my request for service. Josh was friendly and veray professional He worked quickly and repaired the garage door springs and also suggested other repairs to make the door safer. I did all suggested repairs and am totally pleased with the repairs. I strongly recommend Precision door service.

Upon discovering our garage door spring had broken and hoping to get same day service, we found the ad for Precision online. Noticing their numerous 5 star reviews and diamond certified rating, we decided to call them. From our call to schedule an appointment, to the last minute of repair work, we could not have been more pleased with their service. We were able to get an appointment for later that afternoon, & received a call from technician Josh Kinder telling us what time he would be at our home. Upon arrival, he explained what needed to be done to fix our door. We chose to replace the spring on the other door as well, and replace plates, cables and drums to keep both doors working well for the future. Josh could not have been more professional and pleasant, and did a great job leaving the garage clean. We would highly recommend Precision to our family and friends.

My garage door was not operating correctly or consistently. I received a Precision door service advertising in the Sunday paper. I came to the conclusion that i needed to correct the problem once and for all . I checked the internet and other reviews and was pleased what I read. The service man ,Alex,was prompt, and right on time . Alex determined the problem and gave me a quote for same day service . He had all the parts needed on his Truck!!
