Another attempt at price gouging. $1000-$2000 estimate for a broken spring, depending on how far we wanted to take the repair. Had another company come by and is fixing it for $395 total final price. Wish I would have read the other reviews about my Tech before he got here. I would have cancelled. Apparently others have had the same experience. They must work on commission.

Our door wouldn't work and Precision sent a technician out the same day. Kyle arrived at the start of the 2-hour window and fixed our problem in about 30 minutes. The $49 service call was well worth it. I highly recommend Kyle and Precision garage door.

Last year we put a new door in our garage according to the employee we order special windows with a little starts beautiful door and we are very satisfied with the work so I ordered a new garage door for my daughter’s house this year with normal windows it is pretty door too but the different on price from last year to this year was a 1000.00 dlls more expensive and not a fancy like our door! But I really trust on this company excellent employees! Moises did the last door! I would recommend this company!!

Very bad service. The service person came and did little-to-no valid checking's in the existing system. He directly want to change a new one and asked me to pay around $1500. I wasted by paying $49 for no reason. Please don't call them if you have issue with garage door opener.

Our repairman Paul was outstanding! Excellent communication and attention to detail. Was able to coordinate getting my garage door fixed fast. I was out of town when my garage door broke. Jerry Parker! what can i say, this cool guy knew exactly why my garage door opener was failing and told me parts were no longer available. After 28yrs. i got my moneys worth. Jerry showed me 3 openers of which i chose the super quite belt-drive 3/4hp # 8550- Liftmaster. Installation went smoothly and timely about 2/1/2 hrs. he explained all the new functions of the new remote control very clearly.

My garage door spring broke and I was essentially trapped in my garage. This on a July 4th weekend. From the time I made my first call to repair completion, Precision Door Services customer service was top notch. Colin, who answered the call was professional and courteous. Travis, who came out to repair the door, was professional, friendly, and courteous. He called me ahead to let me know when to expect him and he was on time. He inspected the garage door, explained to me the repair process so I know what to expect, and left the work area clean. I will definitely call Precision for any future needs for my garage door.

I had a wonderful experience with precision. I called for a service they arrived 2 hours later. Jonathan answered all my questions and explained everything to me. He even showed me a comparison of the broken piece with the new piece he put on. He went above and beyond.

It was a bummer that the spring on my garage door broke and the opener then pulled away from the door when it tried to raise the door. The door is very heavy and I had to get my grandson who lives with us to help me get the door open, so we could get our vehicles out. A friend tried to fix the door, the next day, but that was not going so well. I called Precision because a neighbor recommended them. They took only a few hours to show up and the tech was very knowledgeable. He put on some new springs that were longer and more powerful and upgraded most of the hardware that needed to be replaced. James was very speedy and knew what he was doing. He lubricated the screw mechanism which made it more quieter. I am very happy with the repair and will recommend them to my neighbors and friends. This is my first experience with the company and I was a little surprised how smoothly it went. James D. Walker was my tech. Try to ask for him. He knows how to fix garage doors. It is better than when it was new. He took about one hour to do the repair. Stay Safe

Diamond certified and positive yelp reviews my selection factors for Precision. 25 year door in great shape (use 4-6 times daily) needed new components (springs, rollers, drums, cables, bottom weather stripping, brackets). Jerry explained service options in detail and showed parts to be used. He did very professional installation, attention to detail.
