My name is Travis. I am a Navy veteran, husband, and father of 3 grown adults. I've been in customer service for 30 years with a knack for fixing things. I believe in getting things fixed the right way the first time which will always save you in the long run. When something breaks I want to know why or what caused it to break that is why I'm perfectly suited to do this line of work. In my spare time I coach soccer and have done so for 20 years. I live to be of service in the community and at home.

This morning we had our old garage door opener assessed and ultimately replaced. Travis and his apprentice did a thorough job with evaluation of garage door as well as opener. As it turned out we needed new springs and rollers, as well as new cable. Additionally we opted to change out the existing opener to a new cable driven, video enabled, wifi model. Travis gave us various options to consider as well as pros and cons to each. The old system was removed, new springs and hardware installed, and the new opener programed. Total time was about 3 hours, as was initially communicated. This is the second time that I have used Precision Garage Door and we are completely satisfied with their timely response, on-time appointment and great attitude.

Travis was running late with the customer before me so he called to let me know the situation and then arrived when he said he would. I needed a lot of work on my garage door, new springs, new cables, a couple of new hinges, etc.. Travis explained everything and although the price was a surprise I had him do the work. Travis did an outstanding job.

Travis did an excellent job at repairing our garage door. I requested same-day service and he came out within two hours of the request. He assessed the problem, thoroughly communicated the problem, and recommended what exactly needed to be done. He informed me of the price to replace and repair the door. I opted for the repair as I wanted to keep the cost down. Travis installed brackets, plates, wires/cables, rollers, springs, and struts - I may be simplifying here because it was a little more involved than as I described. Overall, the issue was fixed and our garage door is as good as new and strongly reinforced! Travis is professional, prompt, proficient, and kind. I highly recommend Travis for your garage door issues. Five stars!

Pretty stressful start to the wknd when our garage door’s overhead torsion spring cracked. Called Precision and was lucky to get in their books for same-day service. I was slated from 4-8p window but got even luckier when Travis Behn showed up at 2pm. He came over and was very courteous and built trust right away. He qualified us and assessed everything 100% before making the right recommendation. He did not pressure us but instead guided us into what was the best solution. Pricing was very fair and Travis worked expeditiously to get the job (torsion springs, shaft, rollers/wires) done in about 2.5-3 hours. Garage has never operated this well and he even made recommendations for future longevity. Highly recommend Precision and Travis!

Had a broken spring and needed same day service. Called at 6am on a Saturday and talked to a live operator. She got an appointment for 10am, that was awesome. Travis was my technician and he really knew his stuff. My garage opener was 20 years old. Travis replaced everything from the springs to a new opener. Loved the service and will recommend. My garage door spring was broken this morning and the cars were trapped. A guick search led me to Precision. They answered the phone and promised the door could be fixed that day. I've had many experiences where the tech comes out to assess the problem than disappears for a few days to get parts. Not this time! I was delighted when Travis showed up the afternoon fully prepared to fix the problem. He gave me good advice on what needed to be done for a long term repair and communicated what he was doing as the job progressed. So before dinner the cars were liberated thanks to Travis and Precision. Job well done.

I chose your company because you have a 7/24 service and I could speak to a live person. That's important to me. My emergency garage door opener was not working and the lock had to be replaced. Outstanding service. Technician Travis Behn arrived really fast (15 minutes after call!). He was personable, knowledgeable and competent. Fixed my tricky problem (garage door was jammed cockeyed inside the opening), and refastened the hinge to the jamb. Works better than before it broke. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Precision Door had done work on wooden garage door 14 years ago. It needed some major TLC. Travis was great. He ended up replacing springs, rollers and installing a new garage door opener. Aligned the door tracks and tightened and lubricated the hinges. It opens much quieter and runs closes without a thud. He thoroughly explained needed and recommend repairs and let me decided what I wanted done on the call. Will definitely use them again only not wait 14 years for a door tune up.
