My name is Travis. I am a Navy veteran, husband, and father of 3 grown adults. I've been in customer service for 30 years with a knack for fixing things. I believe in getting things fixed the right way the first time which will always save you in the long run. When something breaks I want to know why or what caused it to break that is why I'm perfectly suited to do this line of work. In my spare time I coach soccer and have done so for 20 years. I live to be of service in the community and at home.

I chose your company because you have a 7/24 service and I could speak to a live person. That's important to me. My emergency garage door opener was not working and the lock had to be replaced. Your employee, Travis, came and did a very good job. He was courteous, professional and pleasant. The lock was replaced and the work was done well and in good time. He explained to me how to work it and I am pleased.

Outstanding service. Technician Travis Behn arrived really fast (15 minutes after call!). He was personable, knowledgeable and competent. Fixed my tricky problem (garage door was jammed cockeyed inside the opening), and refastened the hinge to the jamb. Works better than before it broke. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I used Presision a while ago to have my garage remotes programmed and was very pleased withthe service. also chose Precision, because they are a Richmond company and family owned. I am very satisfied with the service received, the technician first evaluated what my need was, took time to develop a detailed description of what was needed to be done and provided a quote on what it would cost. Once discussed he started on the project. Completed it in about 2 hours, we did a demo. on how everthing operated and he pointed out everthing that was done. Excellent work. Very happy with the job. Job well done!

I am very impressed with Precision. I had other people come to fix my garage door that would open sometimes. For 5 years I had to close it manually half the time. Frustrated, I googled the company that makes the garage door and explained that I wanted an expert to come over and check it out. The next morning, I received a call from a lovely woman at Precision. I explained my frustration and she sent a man named Travis to assess the door within a few hours. I was amazed at the prompt response. Travis arrived and did a complete evaluation of the door in about 10 minutes. Told me to bring up some light bulbs for the door. He then gave me an education about the mechanics of the door and how he fixed my sensors and how to maintain the door. He told me he went across the street at different angles the door works. I was sort of in disbelief. He showed me how to use the clicker properly also. Then, he had me put the AP in my phone and walked me through it which was extremely helpful. I don’t think I could of done it by myself the first time. My garage door opens with the clicker or my AP on my phone. Words cannot describe how much I appreciated Travis explaining to me the mechanisms of the door and how to troubleshoot it. This was a terrific experience with a professional.

I was very pleased with the service at very level. I needed an evaluation of my Liftmaster opener and some tweaking in performance. My call was answered promptly and a visit scheduled for the next day. Travis was just terrific. He explained the source of some issues with the opener and then proceeded to reset the device. He spent time carefully assessing potential problems. I have great confidence in the whole experience and would highly recommend Precision and Travis!

My garage door spring broke and I was essentially trapped in my garage. This on a July 4th weekend. From the time I made my first call to repair completion, Precision Door Services customer service was top notch. Colin, who answered the call was professional and courteous. My garage door spring was broken this morning and the cars were trapped. A guick search led me to Precision. They answered the phone and promised the door could be fixed that day. I've had many experiences where the tech comes out to assess the problem than disappears for a few days to get parts. Not this time! I was delighted when Travis showed up the afternoon fully prepared to fix the problem. He gave me good advice on what needed to be done for a long term repair and communicated what he was doing as the job progressed. So before dinner the cars were liberated thanks to Travis and Precision. Job well done.
