Our garage door was all kinds of wonky. Only opened 3/4 of the way (right about forehead level), refused to stop when it hit the ground, and sounded like the whole thing was going to come apart when opening and closing. Travis came by today, right on time, gave us our potential options for fixes, and set about getting to work on our chosen path. Work was completed in less than four hours that same visit. Was it cheap? No. Are we happy with the end result? Absolutely.

I had a perceived problem with a garage door part and called Precision to replace it. Travis came and checked it out. He then proceeded to explain to me that although it might appear problematic, the part was perfectly functional. I know just about nothing regarding garage doors. Travis could easily sold me 400 bucks worth of parts and labor and I wouldn't have been the wiser. Instead I was presented with no charge for the service. This kind of honesty is more than refreshing. Precision Garage Door is a class act! Needless to say, in future for garage door maintenance, Precision will be the first (and only) company I'll be calling.

We recently had repair work performed by Travis and a trainee. He worked closely with the trainee to diagnose the problem and explain the issue with me. He gave me different options and based on the timing of the last repair/replacement, we decided to fix what was broken and also replace the spring and rollers. Even though it was quite expensive, I feel that my garage door will be in great shape for many years. I really appreciate honest, high quality workmanship which I felt I received. Travis was able to come out the same day and even show up early.

These people are crooks. My 80 year old mother with dementia called them to reprogram her garage door openers. A job that takes about 30 seconds for each door opener, she had two. They charged her over $200 to do this! Do not use these crooks. They take advantage of old people with dementia. Very rude.

The motors on my two garage doors were wearing out and not working properly. Travis Behn responded and we discussed options. I opted for new motors, springs and some minor parts. Travis was great. No you did not meet my expectations with Travis this time, Travis replaced the rollers when he was here before, but the rollers need to be adjusted, something is pulling the wood from around the garage door frame. Travis said the rollers were in their place and could not see anything wrong, he could not fix what he could not see, clearly there is something going on. Other that that I am still happy with precision.

Travis was our technician. He did an outstanding job of explaining the problems we had with our current garage door opener and the benefits of going with a newer model. Travis and Ahmed were great! Our garage went haywire on an early Friday morning, around 7:30am. I googled, found Precision, called and had a same day appointment scheduled by 7:48am. It’s a Saturday morning. I pull into my garage, close the garage door, start toweling off my dog and hear this heavy clunk. It’s a roller from the top of my garage door. Sigh.
