Our technician, Carlos, was absolutely excellent; friendly, professional and quick. Carlos explained the work that needed to be done to fix the problem. He told what had to be done and what could be done, if we wanted to. In addition to the door repair, at our request i.e. no upselling, Carlos installed a modern belt drive garage door opener. When the job was done Carlos took the time to explain all the features of the door opener and he programmed the door opener in our vehicle. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door and Carlos.

It was easy to schedule an appointment online and I was given a four hour window for servic. Brandon, the tech, called about 15 mnutes before arriving. He quickly assessed the problems we were experiencing with the garage door opener and we discussed various options. I opted to go with a new opener as the old one was almost 15 years old and was not up to current codes for a battery backup. He did the install quickly and efficiently and explained what he was doing. Brandon is an excellent representative for Precision Garage Door Service.

Great company which delivers what it says on their website. I called them at 3:30 pm as my garage door snapped its cable. I got through to service scheduler and the technician was at my house at 5. What a service the technician was great to review the parts and labor he had tbe job completed in almost 2 hours . These guys are awesome! We called on the evening of a holiday and they were able to come out first thing in the morning the next day. Our garage door was all kinds of wonky. Only opened 3/4 of the way (right about forehead level), refused to stop when it hit the ground, and sounded like the whole thing was going to come apart when opening and closing. Travis came by today, right on time, gave us our potential options for fixes, and set about getting to work on our chosen path. Work was completed in less than four hours that same visit. Was it cheap? No. Are we happy with the end result? Absolutely.
