A couple of weeks back our garage door would not shut properly and one of the rollers came off the track. It was late afternoon. But, Precision came through for us. Our technician, Rodney was awesome! He explained the issues with our door. He offered friendly advice and suggestions. He wasn't trying to upsell on unneeded repairs. He was kind and professional. Rodney spent several hours replacing outdated parts and explained the function of the new opener. We were so happy with the service and repairs! I received a call from the Technician 30 min before his arrival as promised. He was courteous and knowledgeable. However the cost for this work, a Garage Door equipment replacement was 5x more than expected. I declined to have them do the work.

Can’t recommend this company more! Called them at 1am to book an appointment the same day. The service rep on the phone and the tech that came out was awesome. Paulino and Chris were friendly and experts at their craft. We operate our business out of our garage and our cable system broke causing us to shut down for maintenance. They showed up, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it within 45 minutes. Great experience and highly recommended!

Travis was absolutely incredible. I had been putting off dealing with my garage door system for a long time and it finally just gave us so much trouble that we had to do something. I booked an appointment online with Precision. Travis let me know by phone and text when he would arrive, which was exactly within the time given. He took a lot of time to review the situation and go over it with me. I figured I'd have to make another appointment to implement the fixes he recommended but he said he had everything he needed, including a new motor (!), with him and could do it now. He spent the next hours painstakingly putting the new system in place and then walked me through all the things I needed to know. Travis was a true professional in every sense of the word and did a fantastic job. I'd recommend him and Precision wholeheartedly. Thank you!

Our technician was Patrick Leahy and he was great. He did a thorough inspection. The unit couldn't be repaired so he provided the band-aid solution and also the option to replace the unit, springs, cables and rollers. He explained everything so well we were completely comfortable doing the complete job, which he finished in under 3 hours, then spent at least 45 minutes explaining all the repairs, how to use and program the opener, and how to keep everything in top condition in between routine service appointments. I wish Precision serviced the foothills where we have a cabin, as I need similar work there. All in all, we are very pleased.

I really tried to fix it myself. I looked at YouTube videos. I pulled out the manual.I pulled out my ladder and set up in the garage. But the door kept reversing. It mostly happened when I was in a hurry to leave and was forced to sit in the driveway watching the door touch down then happily return to the horizontal position. Like 6 times in a row. So it's hot today, everyone is cranky and I called Precision Door. I just couldn't have another night of worrying that garage door was going to fly open and go up and down and up and down all night.
