I phoned with my problem this afternoon. A technician came out and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He gave me 3 different quotes. I chose the service option that best fit my budget. He finished the job in a timely manner and now I have a working garage door again. Hooray!

To have your call answered by a person is always a good start in today's world. To have someone come out same day on a weekend (no extra charge for weekend) is even better. Sheridan came out and explained the issue. Not the opener as suspect but the drive mechanism. The door had simply fallen, crashing down. Scared the heck out of my 94 year-old mom. But Sherdan inspected the door itself and said it was okay, no need to replace. It wasn't cheap but knowing this company has a solid reputation, is Diamond Certified, Angie Approved, made it easy for me to just go with them and not waste a lot of time getting other estimates. Sheridan was great with my mom and had her garage door back in business in a couple hours. He applied all possible discounts, including Senior Discount. I will use Precision again when needed.

Pretty stressful start to the wknd when our garage door’s overhead torsion spring cracked. Called Precision and was lucky to get in their books for same-day service. I was slated from 4-8p window but got even luckier when Travis Behn showed up at 2pm. He came over and was very courteous and built trust right away. He qualified us and assessed everything 100% before making the right recommendation. He did not pressure us but instead guided us into what was the best solution. Pricing was very fair and Travis worked expeditiously to get the job (torsion springs, shaft, rollers/wires) done in about 2.5-3 hours. Garage has never operated this well and he even made recommendations for future longevity. Highly recommend Precision and Travis!

I chose your company because you have a 7/24 service and I could speak to a live person. That's important to me. My emergency garage door opener was not working and the lock had to be replaced. Your employee, Travis, came and did a very good job. He was courteous, professional and pleasant. The lock was replaced and the work was done well and in good time. 7/24 service is true and efficient , from the first call until job done, was a great experience . I Made the call at 8 pm , James and Matt showed up next day 8:30am , James called me 30 minutes before arrival. Precision put in a new garage door at my home three years ago. For the second time, a roller on one side got off the track. James was the representative who came to make the repair. He was prompt, courteous and helpful in explaining what had occurred and what he had done to remedy the problem. Noting that the issue should have been corrected on the first service call more than a year earlier, he did not charge me for the repair. (As field manager, he is empowered to make this decision.) I appreciated his honesty and willingness to make things right without further expense to me. Good service can be difficult to come by; I was happy to phone the office to pass along a commendation as well as to write this review. As a customer, the experience definitely inspires me to refer the company to friends and family.

I was drawn to Precision because of its outstanding reviews and ratings. They didn't disappoint. We had one issue but I knew our garage door system was about 20 years old and was on its last legs. Paul Brinkman came when promised, identified the issues, gave me various options, we talked those options through, and a couple of hours later I had a new garage door opener, new springs, and a keypad on the outside. First rate service, great warranties ... I couldn't be happier!

I phoned prior to 8:00 a.m. and Tim appeared at my house by 9:30 a.m. He replaced the springs and installed a new opener on my second door. I can't wait for the other door opener to bite the dust. This new one is SILENT. I highly recommend Precision Door. They have everything they need with them, are prompt, professional, and courteous. I had an old garage door replaced by Precision Garage Door. Both Al, the estimator and Solomon, the technician , were very professional when they came to the house. The office staff I spoke with was friendly. Solomon, the technician, demonstrated expertise on the install and had it all done in less time than I thought he would. Not only does my new garage door look beautiful, but it is perfectly sealed all around. I only wish I had called sooner to do the job. Thank you to the team at Precision Garage Door that stalled my garage door.

Called at 10:30 and Rep arrived at 1:00pm to address our issue. Spent a bit more than what I initially thought we would spend but in the end it probably made sense to update our system as it was a bit old. Jerry was very friendly and did a quality job. He was very good at explaining what he was doing and why. Very courteous and professional.

I was truly astounded at how fast I was able to get my garage door opener replaced during Covid times! This was very distressing prior to finding Precision. My broken garage door opener was likely decades old and certainly pass the point of repair. There were no springs and the rollers were completely messed up and askew. The pushbutton opener on the wall was a disaster. Basically everything about my garage door opener except the rails had to be replaced. Since the garage is a place where we secure certain belongings in addition to cars, tools etc., the fact that we couldn’t close the garage door was a huge problem. Our technician was James Walker. He was very professional in addition to being cautious with social distancing. He showed up with a mask on and rang the doorbell then backed off the front porch and politely waited for me to open the door. The entire experience was very worthwhile. And now I have a fantastic garage door opener. It feels so good!
