I would not recommend this company for the reason that they doubled the price when they worked on my garage door. I understand that I didn't have to agree with the quote that they presented. My plan was to get multiple quotes, but I was also desperate to get my garage door back in operation. After I got my invoice, I decided to research the prices on the parts listed on the invoice. For example, they charged me $699.00 for the Liftmaster 8550wlb opener which sold for $345.00 at Amazon. Not to mention the rest of the parts that they used which were also double priced.

Today I had my garage door serviced by Precison. The engineer was on time as promised. He did an assessment of my garage door, the automatic opener and parts. The assessment was through, all aspects of the assessment were explained to me. Once I decided what work would be done, the work started right away. New rollers, new spring, new cables, and a new garage door opener was installed within 2 hours. I am so happy with this service. I am so impressed with the service call I had today. My garage door when closing would hit the ground and bounce back up, it took 5-6x’s before it would stay closed. It seems wrong springs were put in, and Precision put in new springs at no charge. They are honest and reputable because they were the ones who put them in last year. ou’re service guy that came to my place was awesome and honest. Your operator that picked the phone up was nice but I feel like I was lied to. I SPECIFICALY asked the price for a new opener ( the motor) as well as installation. I also asked how much it would cost to repair. I was TOLD $495 plus a discounted service call fee of $25. “ that’s it?” “ yes”. So for installation and repair of the door and the unit it’s $515 plus tax. Yea no. I spend over $515 for the repair and your tech told me it would be another $800 for a new unit and installation ( motor, drive rail, sensor eye and control). So in the end I went from expecting to spend just over $500 but in reality it would have cost me about $1400. I didn’t buy the new unit because of the “ missinfomation”. I would have had no problem spending that if I was originally quoted that. Thanks for the repair, he was good. Going to the next company for a replacement.

I ordered a glass door with panted aluminum frame, track & motor. Precision was 20% less then the competition. When the installer finished the installation he pointed out a buckle in the frame that I would not have noticed and ordered a new panel to be installed.
