I never received a receipt for the 1st job done. I also need copy of Warranty and instruction to open the door when it's stuck. I needed to recharge my electric car but couldn't open the door. How do I open the door manually the next time it's stuck OR if we have a power outage. Just talked to the guy who fixed the door. He said labor charge is $89 and service call is $49.95. Shouldn't the service call fee be folded into the labor charge? Your fees are unreasonable and unfair! We are seniors on fixed income. Do not overcharge! Today's charge of $433.54 does not describe what was fixed.

bottom line the door got fixed! (broken spring) But the tech was very unhelpful, could not answer questions and tried to pad the bill with unwanted maint. Finally he was politely TOLD three times to PLEASE keep the gate shut, dogs. He disregared this. might look elsewhere next time!

Coming home from shopping at 7:30PM, I heard a loud bang and discovered my garage door won't open. I called Precision Door Service at about 8 PM and was able to talk to a live person who was very pleasant and helpful, not an answering machine. He arranged a technician to come the following morning between 8:00 and Noon. At around 9:30AM, James W. was at my door to repair the garage door. He was professional, communicated his findings, made recommendations, and was very efficient and knowledgeable as he completed the work in a little over a hour. I am satisfied and confident that I have a garage door that is almost as good as new. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and James W.

Mario and Erik repaired/replaced old faltering cables and drums and installed a new motor. They worked efficiently and pretty quickly despite the late hour and what was already a long day for them. They deducted all of the service fee because they arrived so late. The recommended solutions resulted in a better door at a reasonable price.

Stellar service provided by your tech, Mario. Called for service at 6:30am, scheduled appointment window was 0800-Noon. Mario arrived promptly at 8:00!! I thought the cable was broken, did not realize it was the spring. Mario set to work immediately, replaced the spring and bearing plates, lubed all the hinges and tracks. Job completed in about one and half hours. Mario was very knowledgable and efficient. And very kind eyes!! I will certainly recommend your company to family and friends should they ever require your services! Job well done!!!

Made a same day appointment with Precision to install torsion springs to replace extension springs, and to install a Liftmaster 8500 opener. Technician Gabriel called ahead, arrived early and was.very pleasant. I told him what I wanted to have done. He worked up an estimate. The only issue I have with Precision is the VERY high price I was charged for the opener. More than double what I could have paid online. I don't mind Precision making a reasonable profit, but MAN!. I almost did not have this part of the work done because of this price, and was doing to just have Gabriel do the spring replacement, which I can't easily do. But I would have had to install the opener myself, (which I have done in the past--not difficult), but since Gabriel was there and had everything needed to do the job, I went ahead and had the whole thing done. He did a great job, set everything up, showed me how it worked, and cleaned up. Great representative of your company. Mostly a great experience. I am only mildly bitter at the price I paid for the unit, hence the 4 stars. I will get over it eventually. But MAN!

I had both single doors worked on, the only problem I have Jerry never told me the cost that these rollers ( over $500.00) he changed would cost. I see improvement the one door I hadall my trouble with. When one of your people delivered my receipt to me he informed me there is no warranty on your work, that I don't like. I do like to know that any work I payed to have done is warranted.

Precision is a rip-off. Some JACK-ASS came out to my house and tried to sell me a whole brand new garage door for $5,000 and all I needed was 2 Springs. They try to sell me 2 springs for $619 I told the guy to get the hell out of here. I called another garage company called ALL BAY garage doors. They are the nicest people around and only charged me, 295.00. So Precision go rip somebody else you're not going to rip me off. Jim Martin, Castro Valley, California.

Ok...I give these gusy 5 stars....good phone when you first call in, very professional, excellent appointment setting, and the the person that showed up knew his stuff. Problem solved. Gabriel was the technician who came to my house. He called 30 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was on his way which was very considerate. Gabriel was helpful, explained what he was doing, was professional but friendly at the same time. He fixed the door and asked if there was anything else he could do, which I thought was above and beyond good service. I would definitely consider Gabriel an excellent employee for your company, he set the example of what good customer service is.
