Paulino was terrific. He called before he arrived (earlier than quoted) and inspected the garage. He replaced the entire system within an hr and half- by himself. Quick and efficient. Our garage is up to date and works with a phone app (wow). Good service and dependable. Especially great customer service from start when making an appointment. Thank you.

Great Job by Mr. James Walker. He precisely did what has to be done. He provided the best options and offered his straight forward recommendations. What initially appeared as broken spring turned out replacing the motor as well. He addressed all the issues to have the Garage Door work properly.

I am so impressed with the service call I had today. My garage door when closing would hit the ground and bounce back up, it took 5-6x’s before it would stay closed. It seems wrong springs were put in, and Precision put in new springs at no charge. They are honest and reputable because they were the ones who put them in last year. I appreciate this; I have and will continue to recommend them. Thank you.

Timely and efficient. I have been brought into the 21st century with a new opener system. If I had known how much more quiet this new belt opener was, I would have done it long ago. Alex was pleasant and informative and would always opt to work with him in the future.

ou’re service guy that came to my place was awesome and honest. Your operator that picked the phone up was nice but I feel like I was lied to. I SPECIFICALY asked the price for a new opener ( the motor) as well as installation. I also asked how much it would cost to repair. I was TOLD $495 plus a discounted service call fee of $25. “ that’s it?” “ yes”. So for installation and repair of the door and the unit it’s $515 plus tax. Yea no. I spend over $515 for the repair and your tech told me it would be another $800 for a new unit and installation ( motor, drive rail, sensor eye and control). So in the end I went from expecting to spend just over $500 but in reality it would have cost me about $1400. I didn’t buy the new unit because of the “ missinfomation”. I would have had no problem spending that if I was originally quoted that. Thanks for the repair, he was good. Going to the next company for a replacement.

I ordered a glass door with panted aluminum frame, track & motor. Precision was 20% less then the competition. When the installer finished the installation he pointed out a buckle in the frame that I would not have noticed and ordered a new panel to be installed.

I never received a receipt for the 1st job done. I also need copy of Warranty and instruction to open the door when it's stuck. I needed to recharge my electric car but couldn't open the door. How do I open the door manually the next time it's stuck OR if we have a power outage. Just talked to the guy who fixed the door. He said labor charge is $89 and service call is $49.95. Shouldn't the service call fee be folded into the labor charge? Your fees are unreasonable and unfair! We are seniors on fixed income. Do not overcharge! Today's charge of $433.54 does not describe what was fixed.

bottom line the door got fixed! (broken spring) But the tech was very unhelpful, could not answer questions and tried to pad the bill with unwanted maint. Finally he was politely TOLD three times to PLEASE keep the gate shut, dogs. He disregared this. might look elsewhere next time!

Today I had my garage door serviced by Precison. The engineer was on time as promised. He did an assessment of my garage door, the automatic opener and parts. The assessment was through, all aspects of the assessment were explained to me. Once I decided what work would be done, the work started right away. New rollers, new spring, new cables, and a new garage door opener was installed within 2 hours. I am so happy with this service. There was no messing around, when the work was done I had a new automatic garage door functioning perfectly. I am would highly recommend this company to anyone. Daneel T. Perrin
