Needed garage door repair. Saw the reviews for Precision and called them. They came the same day and on time. Alex, the technician, called and let me know his ETA. He was professional, very experienced with my type of garage door and he educated me on the sensors, motor, what to look for in the future to assess if the door is working correctly. Very happy with the service and really appreciated the thorough inspection and time taken to make sure the door was working correctly.

Sheridan was the technician that came out to replace the mechanism which included springs, new cables, etc for the garage door. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He worked efficiently and the job was done quickly.

Precision charged me $125 for $4 bearing at HomeDepot. Two bearings cost $250. It is understandable if I only replace a bearing. But, no! I am replacing 2 springs at the same time. The labor for replacing each bearing takes ~5 minutes. I will not use Precision again. Very bad charging practice.

Very happy with the new Amar garage door and Precision Door service. The installer (Solomon) arrived on time, was friendly, professional and organized. The result is an insulated steel door with frosted windows with fancy remote, batter backup (now required in CA) and smartphone (IoT) app technology that makes our home safer, quieter and cooler than ever before. Paul Brinkman did a great job. He came out today, June 27, 2020, to fix my garage door that stopped working after recent power outage. Called the office around 3 pm and discuss the need I needed on my garage. Ask for some details as well as SR discount/ AAA Are available and said yes. I was given the hours from 3:30 to 7:30 pm for the technician to come in. Jerry called at 6:15 advising me that he will be in 6:45 pm. He arrived 5 mins and we talk about Precision has to offer. He explained to all the benefits and he took his time. He made inspection on the garage door, springs and mentioned it was just replaced recently without me telling him. Jerry is very professional all the way until the installation is done. He reset all my remote controls and explained how the main garage door opener works. Lastly he said it is WiFi compatibly on my phone. Immediately I downloaded the app in no time I was up and running. JERRY provided excellent service over all and I will refer Precision to all my friends and family. Thank you Jerry for your service and the company you work with. The Technician did a fine job in repairing garage door...just a few of issues .....could not understand his English well... when I placed the service call i asked to be texted so I could meet him at the house...that did not happen...he showed up...started the work... my tenant texted me and said that the technician was here...I as not there for the conversation but the tenant told me that the Technician told her I am not waiting for the text back ..call him...she did..... bottom line everything worked out but the experience was little rough...These are crazy times now and everyone is on edge....I will use Precision in the future

Using Precision was the right choice. My installer called me about an hour before the scheduled time asking if he can come early. That worked out well for me. He finished installing the new garage door cleaned up in just a few hours and the cost was as stated during the estimate. If you have any garage door needs I would fully recommend Precision!!!

My entire interaction with Precision Garage Doors was very professional, starting with the person who setup the appointment. The service technician Tim arrived on time, was extremely pleasant to deal with and explained clearly what needed to be done and more importantly, what is not needed. A clear quote was offered, he was able to give a discount (albeit small) and the job was done really well. The best customer service. From the moment a technician was assigned, the technician gave us a call notifying he will be arriving in 20 mins. He promptly arrived, explained everything clearly and patiently answered my questions. He further explained the pros and cons of replacing vs fixing the motor. And all the 3 hrs he was in the property fixing the garage, he promptly updated us about the length of time it's going to take. Overall, this is one of the best customer service we ever had. I strongly recommend Precision Door Service to anyone who is having problems with an existing garage door or anyone who needs a new one. Also I would like to give my highest commendation to technician Alex Kogan who did the work. On Friday, December 13, 2019, I called Precision because the motor in my garage door opener was making some crunching noises. Precision promptly answered the phone without my having to listen to a lot of voicemail prompts. They set me up with an appointment for Monday, December 16. At the appointed time, technician Alex Kogan arrived and examined my garage door. He identified a number of problems with the door which included defective rollers, bearings, and torsion springs. Alex went right to work in repairing all of these problems and completed the job in 1.5 hours. Alex demonstrated the highest level of professionalism in the way he interacted with me, the way he identified the problems, and the way he completed the job in a timely manner. In addition, Alex had all of the necessary parts in stock on his truck. There was no need to back order anything.

I made an appointment with Precision Door to have my garage door fixed. Solomon came to my house exactly on time. I showed him the problem I was having. Solomon diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote for the repairs. He made the repairs and the door is working like new (maybe better). He took the time to explain what he was doing. He was very professional. He gave me a bill for the exact amount quoted.
