The garage door repair and service I received on November 17, 2021 was outstanding and Im a very satisfied customer. My garage door became inoperable due to a broken spring and other worn hardware. The garage door was 7 years old and had not been maintained. The service technician explained the problem, my options, and then he was able to replace the the broken, as well as the worn parts. He also adjusted and lubricated the chain on the automatic garage door opener. All the work was completed in 2 hours. He also applied lubricant to an adjacent garage door. Best of all, I could get my parked care out of the garage. The service provided was above and beyond!

It was great experience working with Precision Garage door service. From a non functional, noisy garage door to a smooth,quiet garage door all done in less than 3hours. I am over pleased with my service from Paul brinkman! I called on a Saturday and was given a same day appointment for my faulty garage door. Paul call to give me an ETA. He showed up promptly. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in explaining to me the problem and showed how he fixed it. Very transparent. He took the time and in simple language taught me how to maintain my garage door and answered all questions I had. He also diagnosed other preventative issues, though not a problem now, but will cause a problem later when it breaks. The technician seemed a little perturbed when he saw what was wrong with our garage door. And immediately stated the cost would be $425.00. It took him approx 10 minutes to fix the issue. When I questioned him about the amount charged and the length of time it took him to complete the job he said I can take off $50. I questioned again if this is what it costs no matter how long it takes, and he stated I’m just an employee I will not ever use this company again and would not recommend anyone to use this company. They maybe able to fix garage doors but at the expense of someone who has no choice but to pay what they say.

I had called to have a technician sent out to my home to assist with servicing my garage door and resetting our current door openers. The technician shared that we needed a new motor and that our openers were too old to fix. In less than 5 minutes (arrival, inspection, and quote) we received a quote for a new door opener at $800. Needless to say, we paid the $50 fee for coming out. My husband was able to do some research online and found out how to reprogram our current door opener for free! Needless to say, I was not impressed with being quoted $800 and paying a $50 service fee for a job that could’ve been done in 5 minutes and required no new motor!
