Great service and very knowledgeable technicians. When my tech arrived , he was able to diagnose the issue within minutes and provided the most cost effective solution to fix my garage door. He was courteous and friendly and competed the repair work within 30 mins and made sure all systems were performing optimally before he left. There were some scheduling confusion at their end but they sure made up for it in the most professional manner one could expect . Will definitely do business with them in the future.

Hi, I chose precision doors just because it was first on google and I had an emergency with my garage door breaking down. Mike came out and was extremely helpful with a positive attitude and had it back up and running quick. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond my expectations. The springs and bracket had to be replaced and I'm happy I chose precision garage doors to help me out.

Came home previous night but garage door opened only a foot off the ground - reason: one spring broke. Next day online search for a garage door service company listed Precision Door among several names. Chose it due to excellent reviews and had an office in nearby Hayward. Same day service, but technician arrived at 5pm, end of time window. Cory had a big smile when he greeted me, which was a great start. The work was quick and easy, Cory was very friendly but professional. Happy to have made a good choice. Your ratings do reflect the excellent service you provide. Keep up the good work. (5 stars)
