So impressed with Precision Door Service! We had NO IDEA what was wrong with our garage door. Loved how Jonathan Castro explained everything that was failing with our door and the options we had to fix our door. Travis communicated with us advising of his anticipated arrival and again when he was able to arrive sooner than expected! He assessed the situation and asked about our hopes and needs and then set out to get the job done. It was not an easy job and he came up with terrific solutions and made it happen. Professional, Personable, Punctual, Proficient, Courteous. Couldn't be happier for an experienced Jerry Parker and his associate to fix my garage door opener this morning. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient in explaining to me the problem and showed how he fixed it. Very transparent. He took the time and in simple language taught me how to maintain my garage door and answered all questions I had. He also diagnosed other preventative issues, though not a problem now, but will cause a problem later when it breaks. In order to prevent that, he told me exactly what to order and how to replace with the new parts. An excellent service by a great person. Thank you so very much for the help.

The Tech Sheridan Abad did excellent job and was very fast. I am very happy with his work he is very good and hard worker. His quality of work was clean and neat. His company should give him a good review for the work that he does. Highly recommended, Sheridan Abad/ Precision Garage Doors! Sheridan showed up on time in a mask, explained in detail what needs to be done, and the associated cost of garage door opener repair/replacement.

The technician seemed a little perturbed when he saw what was wrong with our garage door. And immediately stated the cost would be $425.00. It took him approx 10 minutes to fix the issue. When I questioned him about the amount charged and the length of time it took him to complete the job he said I can take off $50. I questioned again if this is what it costs no matter how long it takes, and he stated I’m just an employee I will not ever use this company again and would not recommend anyone to use this company. They maybe able to fix garage doors but at the expense of someone who has no choice but to pay what they say.

I had called to have a technician sent out to my home to assist with servicing my garage door and resetting our current door openers. The technician shared that we needed a new motor and that our openers were too old to fix. In less than 5 minutes (arrival, inspection, and quote) we received a quote for a new door opener at $800. Needless to say, we paid the $50 fee for coming out. My husband was able to do some research online and found out how to reprogram our current door opener for free! Needless to say, I was not impressed with being quoted $800 and paying a $50 service fee for a job that could’ve been done in 5 minutes and required no new motor!

We emailed about a new garage door we needed. I got a return call with in a half hour, the appointment was made for the rep to come out and quote us. He was on time, nice and knew what he was selling. My only issue was the wait for the new door about 2 months, but that is on me. I just wanted our new garage complete :). It was well worth the wait. We got the call that the door was ready for installation and the appointment was made. The service techs who installed our door were amazing. They installed the door and showed us the ins and outs. They cleaned up after themselves. We would have not know that they had been there if it wasn't for the new door. Which is exactly what we wanted. It is beautiful. I will recommend Precision to anyone who asks.

I made an appointment with Precision Door to have my garage door fixed. Solomon came to my house exactly on time. I showed him the problem I was having. Solomon diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote for the repairs. He made the repairs and the door is working like new (maybe better). He took the time to explain what he was doing. He was very professional. He gave me a bill for the exact amount quoted.

He was professional, very experienced with my type of garage door and he educated me on the sensors, motor, what to look for in the future to assess if the door is working correctly.
