Hello, My name is Mario Mojica. I was raised in California and can speak and write Spanish fluently. It is a pleasure working for Precision as Garage Technician. I enjoy serving the clients and providing good customer service. I truly enjoy the work that I do, especially meeting new customers. I appreciate the challenges that make this job more exciting. Working for Precision has been very rewarding for me since day one. Before working for Precision, I worked in the logistics field for many years but when Precision gave me the opportunity to learn a new industry, I was excited to get started. I can honestly say that this opportunity has helped me developed my skills as a technician. My approach is to greet all our customers with professionalism and a smile. Mario was very pleasant. quotation was fast accurate for a new garage door lift mechanism. Without being asked; he kept the reacquired 6 ft. plus separation, sanitized everything he touched including all the new parts, remote controls etc. Very considerate. Mario and his colleague did a great job explaining the problems with my old non-functioning door opener and the options for repair and replacement. They worked efficiently, finished the installation of the new opener and door springs within the estimated time, cleaned up the area, and then walked my wife and me through the installation of the iPhone app and the operation of the new opener. We were very happy with their work!

Mario and Erik repaired/replaced old faltering cables and drums and installed a new motor. They worked efficiently and pretty quickly despite the late hour and what was already a long day for them. They deducted all of the service fee because they arrived so late. The recommended solutions resulted in a better door at a reasonable price.

Stellar service provided by your tech, Mario. Called for service at 6:30am, scheduled appointment window was 0800-Noon. Mario arrived promptly at 8:00!! I thought the cable was broken, did not realize it was the spring. Mario set to work immediately, replaced the spring and bearing plates, lubed all the hinges and tracks. Job completed in about one and half hours. Mario was very knowledgable and efficient. And very kind eyes!! I will certainly recommend your company to family and friends should they ever require your services! Job well done!!!

The time slot I was given was 9 - 1. Mario called me around noon to say he was running late and he would arrive in about an hour and a half. When I told him I couldn't be there at that time, he accommodated me and returned soon after I returned home. He called me about 20 minutes before he arrived to let me know he was coming. He sorted out the problem quickly and also noted one of the wires connecting the sensor was bad. He repaired the wiring and "tuned" the opener. He was quick, neat and very apologetic that he was late. I was very happy with the service.

Our time slot was between 8-12. Mario called me around 9:15 to let me know that he would be arriving between 9:40-9:50. I think he arrived at 9:41. I showed him what I thought was the issue with the reason the garage door was not working (a broken hinge) but he was able to easily see that the spring had broken in half. He told me what needed to be done and gave me an estimate. He completed the work in about 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the communication, the quickness of the repairs and the professionalism that Mario displayed. I will recommend Precision to family, friends and co-workers.

Quick response (I called at 7 a.m.; got 8 to noon window and tech arrived about 10:40). Mario diagnosed a failed door opener-- he even unplugged to re-set before proceeding. I was told online your service call could be applied to purchases; initially he offered half off the service call but did take off the whole amount (I believe I was told during initial call this would be the case). Nice guy -- quiet, polite and worked fast. I should have offered him a wet rag to clean his hands though-- its hard to want to shake when they're dirty! You replaced our door springs in April 2017; nothing personal, but I hope I don't have to see you again soon!

This may be my best service repair ever. Less than 24 hours start to finish. My garage door mechanism broke on Saturday afternoon. I called Precision Door and they had a technician out the next morning. The technician Mario (really nice guy) explains completely and clearly what the problem is and what is necessary. He installed the needed part, made the necessary adjustments and made sure I was happy with how everything worked. Great job, Thank you Mario.
