Hello, My name is Mario Mojica. I was raised in California and can speak and write Spanish fluently. It is a pleasure working for Precision as Garage Technician. I enjoy serving the clients and providing good customer service. I truly enjoy the work that I do, especially meeting new customers. I appreciate the challenges that make this job more exciting. Working for Precision has been very rewarding for me since day one. Before working for Precision, I worked in the logistics field for many years but when Precision gave me the opportunity to learn a new industry, I was excited to get started. I can honestly say that this opportunity has helped me developed my skills as a technician. My approach is to greet all our customers with professionalism and a smile. The springs from the garage door broke off. I knew I needed it to be replaced. Of course my mind went to who could do the job and at first I thought a garage door repair company but then i remember Precision. Your company has always delivered quality service and performance. So I picked up the phone and made an appt. Mario came and showed him the garage the springs he took care of it. Mario was informative and answer my questions. I feel very confident that if I ever needed any service with my garage door it will be with Precision

Your customer service is excellent. The appointment scheduling was easy, Mario called me about 30 minutes before his arrival, diagnosed the problem, gave us a time estimate for the repairs, and actually completed the repairs in that time frame. He explained his work and what we could do on our own for maintenance. I was a little shocked on the cost of repairs, though, but I have faith that the work will last for many years to come. Communication via email was also efficient, by the way. Much appreciated.

We chose Precision Garage door from the adds we had seen on TV. One call did it all. They are very courteous, arrived on time and had the problem corrected in a few min. the technician Mario was very courteous and explained everything that needed to be done. I would not recommend this company for the reason that they doubled the price when they worked on my garage door. I understand that I didn't have to agree with the quote that they presented. My plan was to get multiple quotes, but I was also desperate to get my garage door back in operation. After I got my invoice, I decided to research the prices on the parts listed on the invoice. For example, they charged me $699.00 for the Liftmaster 8550wlb opener which sold for $345.00 at Amazon. Not to mention the rest of the parts that they used which were also double priced.

Mario was great! He explained what the problem was, and how much it would cost. My garage door hasn't worked for several months and he had to work around the car and other stuff I haven't be able to move out of the garage. Nice work!

I had hit the garage door as I was backing out and now it needed to be repaired asap. The technician, Mario Mojica, was awesome. He repaired it and I ordered a new door. He went out of his way to clear out an area so that when the new door comes in there will be plenty of clearance for the installation. But the best part of this experience was that Mario was able to come earlier than scheduled which I appreciated greatly.

Mario was very pleasant. quotation was fast accurate for a new garage door lift mechanism. Without being asked; he kept the reacquired 6 ft. plus separation, sanitized everything he touched including all the new parts, remote controls etc. Very considerate. I would like to commend Mario Mojica for his professional work in repairing my garage. He is very courteous and explained in detail on what he will be doing before he presented to the quote for the cost of the repair. He gave me choices for a minimum repair to the optimal work on the garage. He gained my confidence by showing his expertise and most of all his transparency and honesty. Kudos to him. Good way to banner him that reflects the image of the company.
