Wasn’t impressed with Precision Garage service: upswell you unnecessary fees. Only needed one spring - they said I should have 2 (one on right, one on left) - went with one; he said I need 3 brackets to hold/pull up door - one bracket on each side lasted 10+ years n should last another 10+ years. Next time I will not go with big company - will use smaller company. On top of that they charge a $60 service come out fee - ridiculous. Go with smaller company to get your garage door fixed.

Mario was a good communicator prior to his arrival. He was very nice and professional. Explained the issue and resolution clearly and stated the rest of the door was ok. Took him about 45 minutes to complete the inspection and repair. Very good experience with Precision Door and Mario

THE GENTLEMEN CAME THE SAME DAY I CALLED AND REPLACED MY OLD OUTSIDE OPENER. THEY WERE PLEASANT AND EFFICIENT. THEY ALSO CHECKED THE GARAGE DOOR TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION DOOR. MIND IS MANY YEARS OLD AND NEVER A PROBLEM.

The springs from the garage door broke off. I knew I needed it to be replaced. Of course my mind went to who could do the job and at first I thought a garage door repair company but then i remember Precision. Your company has always delivered quality service and performance. Your customer service is excellent. The appointment scheduling was easy, Mario called me about 30 minutes before his arrival, diagnosed the problem, gave us a time estimate for the repairs, and actually completed the repairs in that time frame. He explained his work and what we could do on our own for maintenance. I was a little shocked on the cost of repairs, though, but I have faith that the work will last for many years to come.
