Great experience with Precision Garage Door when we woke up yesterday to find our garage door spring broken. Sheridan came out the same day and was friendly, professional and highly experienced. He quickly determined that all our rollers were worn out and also needs to be replaced (this was no surprise given how loud our door had become). Finished the entire job in about an hour and now we have a wonderfully quiet door. Thank you to Sheridan and Precision Garage Door for great service!

Just had a garage door opener installed by Caleb Winchester. at Precision Garage Caleb was very patient and took extra time to describe the process, costs, and features. I appreciated his professionalism and friendly personality. I called Precision Garage after a failed experiment at hiring someone through Lowes to install a garage door I'd purchased from them. My experience with Caleb was a night/day difference from the Lowes guy, and I wish I'd called Precision Garage first. THANK YOU!

Just a fantastic, efficient, professional experience all around. We had to replace a very old single panel door in a garage opening that was nonstandard and required closer attention including custom framing. Everything came out perfect, looks great and is so much smoother and quieter now. A special shout out to Moran Criveano who was my first point of contact, took initial measurements, worked with me on the design and picking out the right door, and guided me throughout the process. I especially appreciated how responsive she was in getting back to me quickly when I had questions or concerns. Brandon was helpful and knowledgeable and took the second set of measurements to make sure they'd get the door and tracks just right. Our installer Luigi and colleague were professional and friendly and finished in timely fashion and left the entire area clean and spotless. Luigi walked me through some of the new advanced features to make sure I was aware of some of the new tech bells and whistles. The door and opener are topnotch quality, very smooth and quiet in opening and closing. Many thanks to Moran and the Precision Garage Door team -- all in all a wonderful experience with a complete garage door replacement that we had initially been stressed about.

The technician not only fixed the broken springs, but also found issues I hadn't noticed and priced out a few different options, explaining each one in detail. He was professional, honest, and did good work. I am very happy with the service and will use them again. Actually, this is my 2nd time using them and was quite happy the first time as well.

I had an emergency situation this past Friday with my garage door and was able to get an appointment later that afternoon. Sheridan (spelling ?) and his assistant Ron did a nice job of explaining of what needed to be done and was able to have a new motor and key pad installed in less than a hour. They both were great.

I had been having issues with my garage getting stuck for a while, but it finally gave out on a Saturday. I called Precision Garage and they got me on the schedule with Sheridan for the next day. Sheridan was great! He arrived right at the beginning of the window and fixed the door in about an hour. It’s been a week and it’s still running so smoothly. So glad I called them. Definitely recommend!
