The motors on my two garage doors were wearing out and not working properly. Travis Behn responded and we discussed options. I opted for new motors, springs and some minor parts. Travis was great. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I enjoyed chatting with him. After the install, he helped me set up the phone app, showed me how everything functioned, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Great service. I’m happy with the experience.

Patrick from Precision came out to my house the same day I phoned the office. I didn't have an emergency, but I knew my garage door was warning me to get serviced or to be sorry. Patrick went through all of the components with me, was knowledgeable and professional, and walked me through how to use and program the new motor/keypads/etc. Replacing the motor, the wheels, the springs, cables, weather stripping, etc. is not cheap, but I now have peace of mind that my door won't randomly open in the middle of the day or crash and break something. Patrick was cool and focused and did a great job. Thank you, Patrick!

My original SOS call to Precision was to replace the backup battery in my opener. After listening to the beeps for three days I was going crazy...Freddy Cespedes did this and then gave my garage door a much-needed tuneup. He was a gem!

Sheridan did a very professional review of our garage door problems, demonstrated our problems, provided an estimate of our cost right on the spot. Once we approved the estimate, they (Sheridan and Trainee) started work immediately, worked very efficiently, and finished repair of two doors within 1.5 hours. My garage door popped a spring and we were unable to get our cars out without manually lifting the very heavy wood panel door. I called several local garage door companies and left a message without a return response. A friend mentioned he had heard good things about Precision Garage repair, so I placed a call to them and got a live person instead of a recording. The pleasant gentleman who answered the phone stated someone would be out the next morning which is what I was hoping for. Our job was assigned to Carlos, who I found to be extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. He is a real pro and we are delighted with the service we received.

Our garage door spring broke unexpectedly late at night, but Precision not only answered the call, they also got someone to repair it for that very morning. Patrick Leahy was our technician, and he did a great job of analyzing the issue and discussing possible repairs/improvements we could make to our door. He did a great job and fixed it quickly!
