Great service all around. Our door broke last night and I called Precision. The lady was very helpful and she booked an appointment for me ASAP. The repair man, Sheridan was very helpful in explaining what needed to get fixed and fixed the problem very quickly. I highly recommend Precision as they are fantastic service providers.

I called around noon, and was given a time between 2 and 6. Ersell called and let us know when he would be here. He arrived when he said he would and got right to the issue we were having with out garage door opener. It turned out our opener was not fixable. Ersell was able to get us set up with a new opener and had it installed in about 90 mnutes. He was great to explain the new system and we were happy to get it done so quickly and without any issues.We appreciate the work Ersell did for us, so efficient, personable and professional. Thanks!

Lorenzo was fantastic!!! I expected to need a new opener and top panel for our garage door. Lorenzo fixed the opener and put a bracket on the panel that was breaking. He could have charged us a lot more but he did what needed to be done and didn’t charge us for unnecessary equipment. I appreciate a company that doesn’t gouge you because I don’t know any better. I will always use this company and want to give a BIG kudos to Lorenzo. He was curtious and prompt. Highly recommended

Though I am satisfied with the work, the charges were outrageous. I trusted Percision to fairly charge for the parts but after getting the work done and doing the research, the charges were 10x more for some parts replaced. As an example, you can buy garage door rollers from Amazon or Home Depot for ~$30 for a pack of 10 and Precision charges were $311. I now wish, I should have not requested to change the rollers and done it myself which would have saved a lot of dollars.

The service I experienced from Precision Overhead Garage Door was as good as service can be. I called for an estimate and got the estimate in same day and in same day a major modification and door system rebuild. Paul the Service person delivered customer service as a high level expert by estimating and installation performance. I am a Facility manager and highly knowledgeable on vendor and service delivery. Precision Overhead Door perhaps is grouped Best In Class. This will be my garage door service vendor.

This morning we had our old garage door opener assessed and ultimately replaced. Travis and his apprentice did a thorough job with evaluation of garage door as well as opener. As it turned out we needed new springs and rollers, as well as new cable. Additionally we opted to change out the existing opener to a new cable driven, video enabled, wifi model. Travis gave us various options to consider as well as pros and cons to each. The old system was removed, new springs and hardware installed, and the new opener programed. Total time was about 3 hours, as was initially communicated. This is the second time that I have used Precision Garage Door and we are completely satisfied with their timely response, on-time appointment and great attitude.
