Garage door stopped working! Called Precision and Jose Brizuela Lopez arrived approximately 2-3 hours after I called, which was well within the "window" I was told a tech would be out. He inspected the door (27 years old) and explained several ways to "fix it", offering pros/cons of each. I opted to do all to fix it. He was done in less than 1 1/2 to 2 hours. He explained everything thoroughly, door works - the whole process start to finish was easy. Highly recommend Precision.

Joel came out and serviced our 13 year old garage door. It runs like new. He was very knowledgeable and informed us of what was needed. He replaced cables, rollers , and bottom brackets. He even helped me program the care remote that I was having trouble doing. He took about an hour and went through everything. Thanks Joel for getting us back on track. Literally!

I would highly encourage you to use Precision when you have a garage door repair or anything related to the door. I called at 4:00 pm and they had a technician at my house by 5:05. Very professional - starting with the ad than ran in Home Concepts - I made the call to Precision Garage Door right after seeing their ad. I was able to talk to a real person Jenniffer at about 8PM - she answered all of my questions and took the time to answer any of my concerns. She set up the appointment for the next day as I requested. My service technician Antonio arrived right on time - during the window of time Jenniffer had given me. Precision, arrived quickly less than an hour after I called for service. The technician was thorough and explained exactly what my options were. He cleaned his work area, and after all I had him do was done and leaving within 2 hours. He explained what he did showed me the work, and discussed how to use the new product and left information on who and where to call if a problem arrises. I was left with 3 remotes instead of the customary 2. Very very pleased with this company. I have used them in the past although a long time ago, but the service and quality has never changed. No you did not meet my expectations with Travis this time, Travis replaced the rollers when he was here before, but the rollers need to be adjusted, something is pulling the wood from around the garage door frame. Travis said the rollers were in their place and could not see anything wrong, he could not fix what he could not see, clearly there is something going on. Other that that I am still happy with precision.
