They received my call at 8 pm and set up the appointment for next day to meet my schedule. He showed up right on time at the very beginning of the window time frame we set. I went with Precision after learning that it was a family business and had biographies of their technicians. The technician was professional, personable and explained with details what was available to solve my issue. He replaced the motor (new motor is silent) and completed the repair in no time at all. We are very happy with Precision & would highly recommend.

New springs and ten new rollers installed on time and as promised today (the next day after my phone call requesting service). The old springs were seven years old and had gotten too weak. The old rollers were worn and did not roll that well. We have used Precision Door for some years and plan to continue to do so. The Service Technician was Great.

Mike came out and was extremely helpful with a positive attitude and had it back up and running quick. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond my expectations. The springs and bracket had to be replaced and I'm happy I chose precision garage doors to help me out.
