After seeing your advertisement in the East Bay Times, I called and spoke with 2 very helpful people who assigned Paulina to come to fix my very broken garage door. Within 4 hours of my call, he was there. Very knowledgeable, very efficient, realized at once what the problem was and fixed it! Antonio arrived right when he said he would. He was polite and clearly told me what the problem was. He also did a security check and identified other issues that might need attention. He clearly described the various repair options for me to consider and gave me an estimate of the time it would take to repair. He installed a new drive motor for our door, replaced our worn rollers and wired a new keypad. He did everything in less time than he had estimated. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone who has a problem. If you are lucky Antonio will be assigned to your work.

On Sunday, I discovered that my garage door shut and bounced back up repeatedly every time I tried to close it. I immediately called Precision Garage Door Repair. They told me they could come out early Monday morning. They kept their promise their technician, Mr. Sterling Griggs came out, and in less than two hours was able to troubleshoot, locate, and repair all of the warn out parts on both my garage door and my garage door opener. He did a fantastic job and the garage door works just like new now! The parts and labor were very reasonable, and we were very pleased with the service Mr. Griggs performed. I highly recommend this company as they are true professionals.

I am very happy with the service repair to my garage door. Sterling was the technician who work on our door. He call ahead of time and arrived when he said he would was very pleasant and friendly and explained everything and gave me an option of work and quotes. He replaced the springs, rollers, bearing and bar. We have had this door for over 20 years and it need most of the hardware replaced. He did a thorough job and explained everything he did to our door. Very pleased with the service.

It’s a Saturday morning. I pull into my garage, close the garage door, start toweling off my dog and hear this heavy clunk. It’s a roller from the top of my garage door. Sigh. I call Precision Door, get a helpful woman named Charlie and a cheerful repair guy shows up 2 hours later. He finds two other places with screws missing.
