I called and was given a window of 4pm-8pm. I got a call at 3:30 that they were on the way. Sheridan took the time to look over the garage door and explained the reason for the amount and exactly what needed to be done. He was very experienced and able to complete the job in the time he estimated it would take. I am very satisfied with the explanation of the work and reasoning for replacing parts. I have used Precision in the past and will in the future.

Precision door was a referral from another client. Technician was courtesy and indicated what parts needed replacing post inspection. Very efficient and worked quickly, showed the difference between the new and old parts. Would highly recommend this company for response time, efficiency and workmanship

So disappointed in this place. I got a quote from 3 people and precision garage doors wanted to charge double than the others and said things needed to be replaced when the others said it was working perfectly fine. It felt like all they wanted was my money and they weren’t genuine and honest. I paid $70 for a 10 min estimate. I wouldn’t recommend them!

Our garage door opener broke in the morning and was repaired by mid afternoon. Our technician Bachir was super professional and took a lot of time looking at the overall condition of the opener, door and associated hardware and explained a lot of stuff to me which was very helpful. He even had to make a run to the hardware store for some specialry parts and make a custom bracket since our door was so old (dating from 1960.) I couldn't recommend Precison Garage Door more.

I am surprised with the the quote given to me. My garage door opener is pretty old and the gear broke from inside and there is no way to repair. So, I asked for the quote how much would be the final amount if i go for new garage door opener. They have gave the quote which 4 times higher than market rate (total $3200). I checked with Home depot and their technician and got it replace in $400. I would not recommend service from Precision. Highly disappointed.

I had a 5 star experience with Bachir of Precision Garage Door! I was able to receive same-day service. Bachir patiently and fully explained the various issues and corrective repair measures after carefully examining our garage door. Some of the issues I was aware of but Bachir was able to identify other problems I was unaware of. The repair was completed within the provided time-estimate. If you have a garage door problem, you won’t go wrong with Bachir @ Precision Garage Door!

My experience with Phillip Nguyen goes back four years ago. Phillip has the same professionalism and mannerism as he greeted me today. Phillip greeted me with positive enthusiasm and was very detailed assessing my garage door issues. Phillip provided me options how I would like to proceed with repairs and the estimates and his estimated to complete repairs was spot on. Phillip, really knows his trade, but most importantly Phillip iwas sensitive and courteous to me and my neighbors. Noise was minimal and repairs exceeded my expectations. Shout out to the management team and owners for taking pride in their business and making great investments in their staff, staff uniforms:appearance and keeping vehicles in excellent condition. I do feel the parts were highly inflated in price especially the rods & springs, brackets. But I decided I am still very happy with the high quality repairs and the attention to the overall function of the door system which is important for longevity.

When I had made an appointment, the front desk person assigned a technician. And, if there was any changes of technician's base on a change of assignment that I would be notified, that never happened. Aside from that, David L. called to let us know that he was on his way. David worked meticulous in rebuilding 80% of a 24 yr old garage door. He explained what to be replace and eventually showed the worn parts. David also took the time to instruct/inform of a yearly preventative maintenance. Whereas just fix it and run (this was other companies that my neighbors had used). This would have been a 5 star for David, if not for the front desk.
