Travis and Ahmed were great! Our garage went haywire on an early Friday morning, around 7:30am. I googled, found Precision, called and had a same day appointment scheduled by 7:48am. Our wonderful technician, Travis, was here by 8:37am and our garage door was repaired by 9:45am. There was a bunch that needed to be done, new bracket, cables and springs! Thank you Travis! If we have any future garage door issues, we know to call Precision, we’re lifetime customers now! With Precision, you’re in good hands!

Thank you Precision Garage Door and a huge thank you to service technician, Ryan Espinoza! Ryan went out of his way to figure out a way to fix my garage door so that it was safe to open and close safely. I asked him to disconnect the power to the door so that my tenant could not accidentally try to open the door via the power switch. My tenant can now open the door safely by using the handle and close and lock via a slide lock. Ryan was very helpful and explained every step of the way what my options were. I saw several commercials advertising Precision and I also like the “jingle”???? The technician was professional and friendly. He explained the options and the benefits of those options. After the diagnostic the technician was available to begin work right away. When the work was completed he explained and demonstrated the new system. Overall it was a great experience!

James W arrived ahead of schedule and evaluated the situation in under a minute, no exaggeration, he was that fast. Then he gave me a couple options for the fix, and a little over an hour later, it was opening and closing better than new! I would recommend James to anyone looking for help with garage issues. The technician (Travis) was a little late due to another time-consuming project before me, but ultimately he found the issue with the cables and drum, which needed to be repaired along with the rollers. HORRIBLE Customer service!!! They did not show up the committed time and did not notify me. They were scheduled to come between 12-4 pm and they did not show up until 530 pm. It's a day before Thanksgiving and ruined my plans because they're not reliable and respectable company. I do not recommend this company!

I used Precision for my mother in laws home more than 14 years ago for a broken torsion spring. I believe it was still a young company at the time but I was not disappointed. Recently my house garage spring broke and I called Precision again and the receptionist on the phone was polite and professional and I had a technician come in the same day to fix my garage door. I had all torsion springs replaced and new garage openers with new rails installed by technician Carlos Yow, who was courteous, polite, professional and thorough in his work and his explanations of any questions or concerns. An employee such as Carlos for a company really adds value to the customer and no doubly for a company’s image. Good job Carlos and Precession!

We needed the bottom of our garage door sealed. Carlos came out promptly and took care of our concern. Carlos arrived in a timely matter and presented himself very professional. This is our second time using Precision, if we have a problem with our garage or if anyone should ask for a refer for garage repair or installation, we would definitely recommend precision and personally ask for Carlos.

Very disappointed. The technician came out to do a door tuneup and did a 2 minute "25 point inspection" and quoted $1600 repair bill. I opted out of doing this "repair" only to have the door not work because the technician forgot to reconnect the door to the motor. If you can't reconnect the door after a simple inspection how can I trust the quality of your work?

I am a licensed S.E. S1862 and would like to propose a bolt though the wall as opposed to current failed lag attachment of spring. Garage never used for vehicles. Will buy new garage door when sell in 1 yr. A more experienced person could probably do this. Happy to sign a hold harmless document. I backed into my own garage door at my home in Richmond on a Friday night and called another company first. They said they'd get back to me -- shortly and never did. So Saturday at 7:20, I called Precision because of all the positive reviews I'd seen online, and the promise of same-day service. The technician arrived at 10am as promised and my door was not only fixed but fundamentally improved when he was done...just an hour later. I am stunned and thrilled at the fantastic and fast work.
