My garage door broke again. James came back and we discussed the condition of my aging door motor. I decided to get the new LiftMaster motor with a belt drive not chain. He did lots of work and repairs to the door all while training a new guy. I am so happy with it. It’s quite and even has a motion detector light to brighten my garage. I want James to come back every year to maintain it, he is the best!

I used Presision a while ago to have my garage remotes programmed and was very pleased withthe service. also chose Precision, because they are a Richmond company and family owned. I am very satisfied with the service received, the technician first evaluated what my need was, took time to develop a detailed description of what was needed to be done and provided a quote on what it would cost. Once discussed he started on the project. Completed it in about 2 hours, we did a demo. on how everthing operated and he pointed out everthing that was done. Excellent work. Very happy with the job. We were a bit concerned when we learned that Paul was not going to get to us until after the 6:00 p.m. end of our appointment time, but mainly because we thought he'd be pretty tired after a long day. NOT! He and his assistant arrived energized and ready to go. He looked at the problem, quoted us several options, we picked one and left him and his assistant to the job. In fairly short order, given what had to be done, he was finished. We tested the door's function together and it performed flawlessly (thus liberating the car that was trapped inside the garage!). Everything was done just as Precision stated on the website it would be. We are pleased customers!

My homes garage door and lift system was in need of repair, Paul Brinkman was the technician that arrived to repair and replace with new spring, cables, rollers and a new Liftmaster LED system. His work was clean and timely. Mr. Brinkman also gave a full and through explanation of the new Liftmaster system. The garage door is now quiet to open and close plus it locks securely.

I was fortunate to have had my garage motor replaced in 2017 by Precision, suddenly I felt vulnerable when the motor failed and pulled the panels off-track. One call to Precision and I received quick response to repair it. Yesterday I needed a consultation after I replaced the door's weatherstripping and I relied on Precision to assist. Within 24 hours, tech Paul Brinkman arrived, assessed the situation and also found 2 cracked hinges(rollers). He replaced them quickly and lubed the motor track. Paul competently and patiently answered all my questions and left me confidently knowledgeable on how to maintain my door. My door was "acting up" and had trouble getting the last door company to repair it (they had replacrd the opener in October). Needless to say, I needed a new company. Your colorful ad caught my eye and the coupon offer sealed the deal. The serviceman was very nice and went right to work. He found that the sensors(for safety)were in need of replacement and did the work. I will most certainly call your company again,if the need arises. Couldn't find or don't know the exact repair.

I had hit the garage door as I was backing out and now it needed to be repaired asap. The technician, Mario Mojica, was awesome. He repaired it and I ordered a new door. He went out of his way to clear out an area so that when the new door comes in there will be plenty of clearance for the installation. But the best part of this experience was that Mario was able to come earlier than scheduled which I appreciated greatly.
