Absolutely impressed and satisfied with the professional work that Mr. Paul Brinkman did for me. First he got here on time and greeted me with a friendly demeanor. He explained that the parts on my garage door were out of date and what it would take to to get it back to working conditions. He gave me the pricing on three different options he broke down and explained everything. Once we agreed on what work was going to be done he got straight to work. I couldn’t believe how quick he was done and the quality of work was amazing to say the least. Mr Paul Brinkman a true professional his field

Tim was my tech. He listened to my explanation of the issues I have with the garage door opener and then did an inspection of the garage door itself, including springs and bearings, the tracks and virtually everything else to determine the best course of action. After we discussed his findings and my concerns, I decided to replace the opener, springs and bearing and basically tune up my door. Tim did an outstanding job, letting me know what he was going to do and then making sure that all work was done precisely and completely. I could not be happier!

The service that Paul gave to me was great! He called ahead, was on time, determined the cause of the breakdown, and resolved the problem in record time. He took the time to explain exactly what caused the problem. He also let me know of other parts that may need replacing sometime in the future. Wowza! Professional, friendly and timely. I had heard about Precision from a person whom I was sitting next to at a tire shop. Months later, when I needed to have a loud noise corrected after dinged my door when I bumped into it with my car, Precision was there to the rescue. James straightened the door panel out and did a general service on my door. He also put in new rollers, which have ball bearings in them that allows for less stress on the door and engine. I highly recommend James W. and Precision. Reasonably priced and great quality work!

The employee arrived early, made an inspection, and ran some tests. It appeared that the computer inside the door opener was not functioning correctly and since the door opener was around 5 years old, I made the decision just to replace it. It was quick and easy.

The person that did the repair (Jim) was professional, efficient, and thorough. He did the repair, checked the other components of the door and - to my relief, the door was again functional.
