I usually never do review reviews but I was so impressed that I felt the need to. Phillip was great from beginning to end. He updated us with his ETA. Arrived at the time he said. Phillip took the time explain everything clearly and answered all our questions. He completed the work quickly and efficiently and gave us tips on maintenance. I would highly recommend Phillip and would hire him again if needed.

Carlos was excellent. I believe he thought he was walking into a quick 30-minute job because he was only there to correct an issue left by a rodent control company. When he arrived he saw the extent of the work needed and immediately let me know what was going to happen to make the door work properly. he didn't have all the parts so he took a quick trip to pick them up. Knowing I needed to get the garage door functioning as soon as possible, he worked until 7:00 pm. The door works great now Excellent Job!

Our technicial Rodney was prompt, thorough, honest and friendly. He did a great job explaining all options with costs which made our decision on what to do easy. Rodney also followed up with some basic training on our new install. Very happy with the end result as our garage was left clean and our garage door is humming !

Can’t recommend this company more! Called them at 1am to book an appointment the same day. The service rep on the phone and the tech that came out was awesome. Paulino and Chris were friendly and experts at their craft. We operate our business out of our garage and our cable system broke causing us to shut down for maintenance. They showed up, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it within 45 minutes. Great experience and highly recommended!

It was easy to schedule an appointment online and I was given a four hour window for servic. Brandon, the tech, called about 15 mnutes before arriving. He quickly assessed the problems we were experiencing with the garage door opener and we discussed various options. I opted to go with a new opener as the old one was almost 15 years old and was not up to current codes for a battery backup. He did the install quickly and efficiently and explained what he was doing. Brandon is an excellent representative for Precision Garage Door Service.

Thirty minutes after my holiday guests left, as a winter rain storm approached, I noticed that my garage door would not close. With my long-time home improvement contractor away for the holidays, I was left on my own. I remembered the Precision name as the source of my garage door some years ago, so I called and amazingly, got a same day appointment. My technician, Antonio, arrived at 7:30pm. I was thrilled - at least he could help me manually get my door closed to keep the rain out (LOL)! But Antonio did a lot more than that! He assessed the situation, explaining everything to me in clear, understandable terms, and upon my ok, he worked the details to solve my problem. Although my situation was not a simple fix, Antonio got it ALL done - and told me what I need to do going forward to make sure my garage door continues to function well. Problem solved! Antonio was professional, courteous and EFFECTIVE. Thank you so much!

Very happy with the work done by Precision. I was even happier to have their technician arrive within 2 hours after contacting them. You feel "trapped" when you can't get out of your garage because of a broken spring. The work was done within an hour and a half and while it may have cost more than what I expected it has been quite some time since the last time I had to replace the springs so I think the cost was well worth the price. Thanks for the excellent service and quick response.
