Raul was polite and answered all my questions. He also made some suggestions that I hadn't thought about. My garage door opener had been making weird sounds and the door was not opening all the way. Raul quickly fixed the problem and left special oil for the bolts on the springs. Using it regularly will prevent problems.

Tech was nice and sounds knowledgeable. But said 9 months warranty on labor, but California state law says 1 year warranty on labor, presume owner knows that. Gave senior discount.

Precision Garage Door has serviced my door previously so it was natural to contact them for the new repair, this past Saturday. I was surprised to get a Saturday appointment in fact. The technician phoned to say he was enroute, arrived on time, was very professional and knowledgeable, performed all the necessary repairs! My repair needed new springs, brackets, and cables. I was happy with the work and will refer Precision to anyone needing garage services. I should say that given all the increases in cost of everything else these days, garage repair is no inexpensive undertaking.

Your service technician John was very friendly and helpful. He showed up in the provided time window and called ahead of time to update on his ETA. The spring on our roll-up door had broken Saturday nite. I went on your site and scheduled an appointment on-line for the next day. John provided several different repair options for the repair and maintenance of our door. Work was accomplished within an hour. Cost was probably a little on the high end but the response and service exceeded my expectations-good value for the money. Thank you PGDS!

We called Precision because we received excellent repair service before. Unfortunately, the service this time was very poor. We were especially disappointed with the technician's behavior. We found him to be disrespectful for several reasons: 1) The tech continued a personal phone call when he came into our garage and did not greet us in a professional manner. 3) During repair, we heard several parts being dropped on garage floor! 4) Greasy finger prints were visible in a couple of places on our white garage door. The tech was there for about 15-20 minutes from start to finish and charged around $1100. The garage door was repaired but his work was sloppy and we were overcharged. We believe the charge was not commensurate with the work that was done.

From the start, the agent who answered my call, LaToya, was very professional and careful to obtain my information and repeat it back to me clearly. The appointment was set for early that afternoon. Technician, Mario arrived on time, assessed the damage, and provided me with proposals for what had to be replaced immediately (broken gear in opener) and what could possibly wait a while longer (torsion springs). As the whole assembly almost 20 years old, I opted for full replacement. While testing the newly installed equipment, he found that one of the roller bearings was bad so he replaced that as well. I have no complaints with this company. Precision Garage Door Service isn't just a name, it's a description!

A couple of weeks back our garage door would not shut properly and one of the rollers came off the track. It was late afternoon. But, Precision came through for us. Our technician, Rodney was awesome! He explained the issues with our door. He offered friendly advice and suggestions. He wasn't trying to upsell on unneeded repairs. He was kind and professional. Rodney spent several hours replacing outdated parts and explained the function of the new opener. We were so happy with the service and repairs! The response to my call was quick. The technician Barchir Gharbi and his assistant came on 05/09 on time. They are professional and very friendly. After the investigation into my garage door problems, they offered me the options to address the issues. I weighed the options with questions. Once I decided on the option suited for my needs and signed the contract, they started work right away. It took them over 3 hours to complete the entire work. My garage door works perfectly with brand new LiftMaster 87504 opener units. Big thanks to Mr. Bachir Gharbi and his assistant!

Amazing company. From the customer service who was professional, pleasant and was able to fit me a same day appt., to the technician Joel that called before he was going to arrive, I couldn't have asked for a more professional service. Our 20 yr + Liftmaster started having issues a couple of days prior but was able to get it to work eventually until last evening. I couldn't get the door to stay down. In the past whenever this would happen it typically was due to a windy day when a cover we have hanging in just inside our garage door would trigger the sensor to think something was in the way. However yesterday I did look to see that this wasn't the issue, albeit it was a windy evening. Of course when Joel came, the door closed without incident. After investigating, he mentioned it may be the motherboard given the age of the Liftmaster. I love how Joel throughly investigated what may be the cause, thinking outside of the box. He listened intently to my description of what was happening and answered all my inquisitive questions about the system. He did find three hinges that were cracked so had him replace those and do a maintenance check since we never oiled the hinges. After the maintenance,the door was very quiet and worked like a fine well oiled machine. Given after many attempts of opening and closing the door without any hiccups, I decided to forego replacing the Liftmaster but he was nice enough to email me the quotes for the new system. I couldn't have asked for a nice technician to come out. Very knowledge, friendly and professional.

When I had made an appointment, the front desk person assigned a technician. And, if there was any changes of technician's base on a change of assignment that I would be notified, that never happened. Aside from that, David L. called to let us know that he was on his way. David worked meticulous in rebuilding 80% of a 24 yr old garage door. He explained what to be replace and eventually showed the worn parts. David also took the time to instruct/inform of a yearly preventative maintenance. Whereas just fix it and run (this was other companies that my neighbors had used). This would have been a 5 star for David, if not for the front desk.
